This hotel is in an excellent location, especially for walking tourists. The hotel itself is decorated in a Roaring 20's theme, very different. Our room was huge and so comfortable. We had bay windows that looked out on a side street, so it was pretty quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My family and I stayed at the Hilton in December 2017 and had a fantastic time. Professional and friendly staff - excellent service - great variety of foods - and great decor. We had access to the executive lounge and the manager was incredibly hospitable and friendly- he was always there to assist and make our time at the lounge...

Stayed here for Christmas 2016. Had $200 face brush stolen from our room. The charger was stolen as well so the thief who works there is thorough! Complained to the hotel and they "investigated." Shockingly, their employee who steals did not admit it when asked. Hotel stated they, "....could not confirm that the brush went actually missing." So in addition...

(Long Review. Skip to the bottom for the short summary) Location: I've been to Vienna in the past and stayed at the Hilton Stadt Park and the Intercontinental. This time around we selected the Hilton Vienna Plaza. It's location is excellent. Close to the trolley, bus, and underground. (There is an underground entry next to the hotel - good to...

It was the best value for money in Vienna. We had tram, metro and bus station just next to the hotel! We reached with the bus- airport at 25 minutes! Every day we were walking to the center of town, distance about 10 minutes!best location! The breakfast was full, the room clean big and very comfortable! The only "bad" image was one lady-working night...

Deeply disappointed with my stay at Hilton Vienna Plaza from 11th till 13th January 2017.On the 13th during breakfast my personal handbag (with documents and money)was stolen from the Emile restaurant, from the table where I have been having breakfast. Nobody from the staff serving breakfast didn't notice anything. I reported it at the reception, and they said they are...

Elegantly decorated hotel. Our room was very comfortable and spacious as was the bathroom. Had a large tub which was great to soak in after a day of walking. The breakfast was great. We also enjoyed appetizers and dessert in the bar. Room service was quick and tasty as well. Close to the subway or just a 20 minute walk...

The hotel room was quite spacious with comfortable beds and the bathroom was really huge. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The only minor negative is that the hotel asks you to pay 20 Euros if you want the housekeeping to empty out the mini bar. The location is great and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Staying in Serviten Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
Serviten Quarter
The Serviten Quarter is an inner city neighbourhood with many private charms. Popular with French and American expats, Sigmund Freud’s neighbourhood boasts his former practice and apartments, now turned into a museum. Stunning Liechtenstein Garden Palace houses the private art collection of Prince Adam of Liechtenstein. Romantic Strudlhofstiege close to the palace is a fantastic photo spot. With their small independent shops and eateries, the main streets of Liechtensteinstrasse, Porzellangasse and Servitengasse reveal much of this area’s character. Peek into baroque Serviten Church, with its richly decorated dome and walls. At the Old Jewish cemetery in Seegasse you can see one of the most precious cemeteries in Europe with tombstones almost 500 years old.
