Apathetically staff, slowly wasting my day as they meander through the process of checking out. Idiots. Wasted 30 minutes.
Bathroom broken too. Really not impressed. Just a big waste of money. Breakfast mediocre.
Despite advanced booking, numerous stays in the hotel, a constant barrage of promotional emails from this hotel, on arrival there was a twenty-minute just to check in. The wait was interspersed with the vociferous complaints of other irate customers which in some way provided entertainment....More
Is just one block from Airport of Vienna, easy to arrive, rooms are clean and big, buffet is good, look for rooms away from avenue because is noisy.

The hotel is superbly located at the airport, but I had two awful nights due to the room being very hot as the ventilation failed to work. I reported this when I arrived and was recommended to open the window - not a good idea...More

We do offer various items on our breakfast buffet, also scrambled eggs. For any special request e.g. omelet etc. we kindly ask you to contact our service team directly. Breakfast starts at 05:30am. For all early Birds, we offer a limited Breakfast which starts at 04:00am.
