Nestled in a prime location, Hilton Vienna Park earns acclaim for its cleanliness and proximity to public transport and attractions. Many guests appreciate the stylish atmosphere and the quality breakfast, although some have concerns about the noise level and music choices.
The rooms offer pleasant views and comfort, but issues with size, cleanliness, and temperature control are noted. While the hotel's housekeeping receives compliments, opinions on the value for money and customer service are mixed, with some inefficiencies reported.

Hotel's Favourite
Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Hilton Vienna Park. Vienna is generally easy to get around but we found this location ideal, as it was just a short walk into the city center but we were also right on the train line out to the airport and could basically get anywhere we wanted in a few minutes thanks to the multiple U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines that come into the station on the same block. As others have noted, the executive lounge is particularly noteworthy for the excellent service. There is also a perfect outdoor patio area from which we could enjoy some fine summer weather. And, we particularly appreciated the multiple vegetarian options during the evening service which was a pleasant surprise.
One other perk of the location is the convenience to an excellent grocery (the interspar) and lots of quick, anytime-you-want food options which fit our itinerary perfectly. Plus the delightful Cafe Pruckel is just two blocks away.
The room and hotel generally were immaculate. It also did not feel overcrowded even on our last day when there seemed to be multiple conferences going on simultaneously. We would unquestionably stay here again should we return to Vienna. Many thanks to the whole staff for a great trip!

I stayed here on 2 separate occasions during a recent trip to Vienna, 3 and then 4 nights.
While it would not have necessarily been my preferred Hilton in Vienna in the past, this has absolutely changed now - they did a great job with the refurb and all staff has been wonderful throughout.
During my first stay, I had an Executive Room on the 14th floor. Decent size, but more importantly very comfortable, great views, newly furnished; and spotlessly clean.
Upon my return a few days later, Maria at the Front Desk was so generous to upgrade me to a Panorama Loft Suite and what can I say... amazing, amazing, amazing! Incredible (almost 270 degrees) view of the city, huge living area, luxurious bathroom... really made my stay.
I think it's worth mentioning that on both stays, temperatures in Vienna went up to 30degrees and above, however the ACs in both rooms worked fantastically well and efficiently.
Due to the low occupancy, breakfast was served in the Executive Lounge for all guests, with a decent buffet and you could order a la carte options as well (recommend the eggs benedict).
The Lounge itself was closed after breakfast; however once it re-opens I think it will be a huge hit with the guests. Again, beautifully refurbished, it is one of the biggest lounges I have seen so far and has a huge terrace with great views towards the Stadtpark and city centre.
Instead of the Lounge, Diamond Members are being provided with vouchers for the new Restaurant/ Bar "Selleny's", which turned out to be a really good solution - they offer tasty food and a very good variety of drinks.
Each team member I dealt with during my stays, whether it was Front Desk, Lounge, Restaurant, Housekeeping or Management was extremely attentive, friendly, helpful and professional and gave my stay a very homely feel so I can't thank them enough.
Covid regulations and cleaning protocols were executed perfectly, the entire hotel felt very clean and staff was wearing masks at all times.
Next time I'll travel to Vienna, the Hilton Park will definitely be my first choice.

The hotel is centrally located in Vienna which is 250 mts from the CAT station and all major sightseeing spots are in arms reach. Beyond the location we had a very poor experience starting from checkin . Being a Diamond member and a regular at Hilton properties worldwide we could sense the discrimination at checkin . The bell hop / concierge didnot move an inch inspite of seeing us struggle with our bags while getting off the taxi. Hiwever the same person was running to assist people who got off behind us .I had received a mail for an upgrade and I had done a room selection and checkin on the app. On reaching I was told that I was being upgraded and would have to wait for 30 min for the room to be ready . However this was not the case ,my room selected , had a nice view whereas the checkin staff had put me on a lower floor with the next building to watch . I objected to this and asked for the room which I had blocked which was released after much reluctance. Thereafter we realized that the house keeping staff was not even changing the towels or replenishing the toiletries and on the third day I had to haul up the housekeeping manager following which a very grumpy reluctant person came and did the needful.
The lounge available for Diamond members was also a similar experience. The staff would not clear our table even when asked and would keep moving to other tables . The feeling of racial discrimination was evident and needs to be looked at when selecting this property . We were wondering as to whether we had not paid full money and hence the treatment was such . The only bright point was the breakfast . The spread is good and worth it if you have to pay. The staff in the restaurant is courteous and looked after us well including refilling our juice glasses and promptly clearing plates and cups from the table .
In case you get a choice of room the corner room/ junior suites (1108) has a fantastic view of the park and the vienna skyline .

In general I adore the Hilton hotels and I’m using them quite often for business purposes. We arrived at the hotel on the 22nd of December to spend our Christmas vacations. We got two connected rooms since we are traveling with our two children. I’m a very frequent traveler, but believe me I’ve never seen such a lousy housekeeping…
A. The hotel maids do not wear a mask to start up with, at least on the 5th floor…
B. They do not change towels or bed sheets every day.
C. They do not clean the toilets/toilet seats (how disgusting is that) and they do not empty the trash bins in the toilets.
D. When we understood that they are not changing the towels, we thought that it would be a good idea to leave them on the floor, so as to send the message that we were in need of clean towels. What did they do? They took the towels from the floor, they folded them and they put them back in place…
E. Before yesterday we got back in the hotel and when we tried to enter our room we found out that the door was locked from the inside. We used the other door, since we had two connected rooms and we noticed that one of the rooms was poorly cleaned and the other one wasn’t cleaned or tidied up at all despite the fact that the connection door was open. Apparently the hotel maid was in a hurry to get over with her duties and locked the door from the inside in order to prove that she didn’t have access to the room but she forgot the connection door open! How ridiculous…
Apart from the housekeeping, we also made the huge mistake of having our Christmas Eve dinner at the hotel. We paid 89€ per person plus the wine and the food was not only bad, but on top of that by 19:30 some of the foods were finished (potatoes au gratin for example) and when I asked if they would replace the empty tray, I got the reply “unfortunately not, this is over!!!
To sum up, despite the fact that the hotel infrastructures are really good, the provided services are of the lowest possible quality! So sorry to be a Hilton Honors member… This is not a 5 star hotel by any means!!! I cannot wait to get back home…

We were very disappointed in our stay. Besides the location and the bar staff we find really no reason to come back. The standards are more like a budget hotel than a full service Hilton.
On arrival from the airport there is no help with luggage. At check in, wasn’t acknowledged as having Hilton status and the guy couldn’t even find my reservation for 10 minutes despite my wife having checked in and me just needing a key.
When we went downstairs to ask the front desk for dinner recommendation within walking distance , the gentlemen ( with no name tag on) dismissively said “ at this hour ?” ( it was 20:00) then said there are no restaurants within walking distance that could possibly have a table. Despite being in the middle of the city surrounded by restaurants. We saw the same member of staff leave his shift through the bar with no mask on and fist bumping the bar staff rather than leave via the staff entrance.
We then decided to eat dinner in the bar. The staff was nice but the dinner was a disaster. One hour after ordering I asked where our food was . A mad scramble ensued and they found our dinners in the kitchen 15 minutes later . When I asked the waiter who brought our food what the hold up was he told us the kitchen was busy with an event and anyway, food is here now so I shouldn’t complain.
The next day at breakfast I wasn’t even let in the breakfast room without them charging us in advance . Then the person seating us finally found a table. But he didn’t explain anything, where is the food, is it buffet service, nothing . We also had to clean the seats off ourselves as they were filthy with crumbs from the previous occupants and one of the table settings was without fork for some reason.
During the day of check out we were in our room and two cleaning ladies come in without knocking. Very strange and not sure what they were up to as we were checking out and not usual to have two cleaning people in a room.
Finally on checkout I asked about the hold and charged amount . I got a very officious and dismissive answer that I shouldn’t question the charge as “ I do this all day”.
No thanks for staying or see you soon.
A massive shame of a stay as we have stayed before over the years and used to be good. Seems it is a staff training hotel or something.
Never going back. And only recommend for location. Not value for money.

Nice experience, once again. Had an executive room. Net it free if you book directly at the hotel, not through a booking portal. Strange policy. They still run with shower gel etc. in small bottles, not wall mounted dispensers. Not gentle to the environment. However, you can choose, how often you want housecleaning, thus sparing the invironment. Executive lounge was closed, but they offered one complimentary glass of wine or one beer in the bar. Restaurant Lenz is very nice. Breakfast is nice, too, but staff seemed to struggle to keep the buffet, coffee platform etc. stoked and trimmed. They worked as small beasts. Nice service throughout. The best feature is that the hotel is situated vis-a-vis Wien Mitte (Trains, subway etc. Main attractions of Vienna is in leasurely strolling distance.

I opted for a one night stay at this property recently, needing close access to the nearby CAT for a morning flight. (The CAT location is right across the street in the first floor of the Indoor Mall),
I found the room itself to be generally modern and clean, though void of any decorative style or in-room extras. The decor was dull and standard. The room size is good, although the bathroom is quite small. There was no in-room coffee maker and the mini-fridge in my room was inoperable. The bed was average, pillows below average. The room did have a good room darkening drapery, which I always appreciate.
My biggest issue with the room was that the AC was very weak. The outdoor temperature was 88F on the day I stayed at the property. Understandably, Americans have a far different expectation of coolness than Europeans do. This said, however, I stayed at several quality hotels on a recent trip through Austria and Switzerland, and the AC at the Hilton Vienna Park was the weakest of them all. Don't be fooled by the thermostat on the wall, it is smoke and mirrors only, Choosing the lowest temperature setting and/or the highest fan speed, really doesn't do anything of consequence. There is likely more of a central control that dictates the overall cooling level. My room was warm and it adversely impacted my sleep.
Also, the hotel is located in an area that is void of any real old world charm. There's a Mall across the street that offers a smattering of stores. Candidly, the place might be somewhat better for a business traveler, or for those people who want access the CAT, as I did. I noted a lot of International travelers walking about. If you're a tourist visiting Vienna, I would urge you to choose an alternative, more interesting area to stay, despite the nearby subway access, also across the street. There are a lot of far nicer, better rated properties in Vienna that will offer more perks and an enhanced location.
If you can secure a discounted room rate of say <200 Euro, and isolate your travel to the cooler weather season, the place might be OK for a less discriminating traveler. Paying a higher price point, go elsewhere.

Vienna
Outstandingly clean, a city of pride and a welcoming friendly nation. We spent four days here and were happy to just walk around the city. Recommend wrapping up warm as the temperature in March drops quite suddenly, and sturdy trainers are a must.
We took the tram around the Ringstrasse, but to be honest, the best way to see the city is on foot. Be wary of the cyclists - wide pavements have dedicated cycle lanes, and it is easy to drift across and get in the cyclists way until you get used to the layout.
Hilton Vienna Park
A stone's throw from the Wien Mitte train station with its shopping precinct, including an excellent SPAR supermarket for snacks and essentials as well as Starbucks.
The hotel was warm and comfortable and met our needs for the long weekend spent in Vienna. Central location for sightseeing and tram stops, and a half-hour hour train ride from Vienna Airport, which cost us a total of 5.80€.

The hotel was warm and comfortable and met our needs for the long weekend spent in Vienna. Central location for sightseeing and tram stops, and a half-hour hour train ride from Vienna Airport, which cost us a total of 5.80€.

Hotel is clean and modern but that is about it. Where to begin. Very few amenities in the rooms. They do not automatically refill shampoo, conditioner, etc. Ihad to phone twice one day and wait for approx 45 minutes for housekeeping to come. When they did, they brought towels (which we did not need) but no shampoo or anything else I had asked for!
Regarding Executive lounge… forget it!! Evening “cocktail” service starts at 17:30 and goes until 20:00 when they close.. virtually nothing on offer to eat. See pics. One type of red wine, one white and one rose.. They did have coke and water as well as two bio iced teas but nothing but nuts to eat the entire day….. The pics were taken on Friday Oct 7 at 17:39..9 minutes after opening… not a great selection but they expect people to pay for this!! Money back please!!
How about the Concierge.. I wanted some assistance on Saturday with a local restaurant.. it was 15:30 and I was told that there was no-one. The Concierge had gone home!!! On a Saturday when the hotel is packed!! This is so not normal!!! Horrible Management all around.. won’t be coming back to this place anytime soon!! Future guests beware..

Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused. Every observation is extremely valuable and helpful to us in our continued objective to strive for excellence. As we want to constantly improve in all areas, this week we started to provide full size amenities for our guests in the rooms. We also appreciate your comments in the Executive Lounge and here as well we have started to expand both the Breakfast and Evening Service offerings. Instead of just wine, you can now enjoy spirits during this time, just to name one of the things. Regarding the concierge service, I would like to apologize, our reception staff is also trained to recommend good restaurants and make reservations for guests. Thank you once again for your valuable time and comments which help us to constantly review our services and to better adjust them to our guest needs. I understand that all explanations may not help to undo the experiences made nor the impression received. We hope that we will have a chance to welcome you back to our hotel in the not so distant future to restore your trust and deliver remarkable Hilton Hospitality. With warm regards Hilton Vienna Park Team

This is a beautifully renovated Hilton with a great location, as suggested in a number of previous comments. The Hilton Team is also very good.
Two suggestions for further improvement:
1. Animals: When you have animals (cats, dogs) in the room, please take the rooms out of circulation for a day or two, ventilate and clean them very carefully to avoid allergic reactions by next guests. We got a lovely room (#842) but the room was full of cat's and dog's hair from previous visit(s) resulting in allergic attacks. The housekeeping seemed understaffed and very, very overwhelmed during our 7-night stay.
2. Upgrade: if/when upgrading Hilton status guests, please don't upgrade to a smaller room. The lounge with evening drinks and snacks may be an attractive option for some Hilton status guests, but I'm sorry to say, not for everybody. We never visit a Hilton lounge even when it's included, moreover, alcohol and food is in general inexpensive in Austria so what's the point?
Mr Omar handled the situation upon check-in in an excellent way, thank you very much for your great support and cooperation! Actually, all the Hilton Team are very good but, unfortunately, the housekeeping severely understaffed.

Room Tip: The higher, the better. In the summer the park side rooms get very hot.

I was there last September, but high up with two sides of our suite having wall-to-wall windows, the better take in the impressive view over the park and beyond. Weather was summer-like. When we arrived, the room was a bit warm, with sunshine streaming in and the AC not working particularly well. When we informed the desk of the problem, it was quickly fixed and we had a very comfortable stay.
Happy Hour is usually in the late afternoon. All drinks s are offered. You may want to email the hotel directly to get a more exact list of drinks and times.
No EU, of course..... You need an adapter.
Sorry, I don't know as we didn't ask! We used the free wifi in the lobby downstairs, as we were only there for one night. We were so surprised that they did not offer free wifi in the rooms as ALL the other hotels that we stayed in throughout Europe did!
"Great view from almost all rooms and good food at the hotel. Very short walk from the airport CAT train to the hotel."Read full review
