Was torn with all the great hotel offerings Vienna has but ultimately decided on this one. Glad we did. Literally minutes walk from the train station where we took the CAT(city airport train). Exterior is typical city design. Inside, lovely large lobby. We were faced with a large medical convention in the lobby. Luckily, I am Diamond elite so I was able to use the HHs lane to check in. We arrived just after 2pm and were lucky to get a room and an upgrade from Arja ( i hope that is the correct name). He was super helpful and polite. Apologized for the wait and happily upgraded us to an incredible room. The corner suite was a one bedroom/living room combo with two bathrooms. Well-appointed although we were surprised to not have a few amenities such as cotton swabs, shower cap, etc. There were no personal amenities on the vanity. Great shower pressue. Lovely soaps and shampoo products. Comfortable bed and linens. Able to open window. Good AC/Heat devices. Easy to access WiFi. We also visited the executive lounge. The breakfast was ample with both hot/cold items including some Viennese and Western choices. Very fresh, always filled. Clean food areas. Great hot beverage choices. The evening reception was also great with wine, spirits, warm and cold food options. That fig horseradish jam with the cheese course is amazing. Plenty of seating. Minutes walk to the main city center area. Easy to get a cab or Uber/Bolt at hotel as well. Really impressed overall. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Loved it. Hotel's Favourite
Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Hilton Vienna Park. Vienna is generally easy to get around but we found this location ideal, as it was just a short walk into the city center but we were also right on the train line out to the airport and could basically get anywhere we wanted in a few minutes thanks to the multiple U-Bahn and S-Bahn lines that come into the station on the same block. As others have noted, the executive lounge is particularly noteworthy for the excellent service. There is also a perfect outdoor patio area from which we could enjoy some fine summer weather. And, we particularly appreciated the multiple vegetarian options during the evening service which was a pleasant surprise. One other perk of the location is the convenience to an excellent grocery (the interspar) and lots of quick, anytime-you-want food options which fit our itinerary perfectly. Plus the delightful Cafe Pruckel is just two blocks away. The room and hotel generally were immaculate. It also did not feel overcrowded even on our last day when there seemed to be multiple conferences going on simultaneously. We would unquestionably stay here again should we return to Vienna. This hotel is in a perfect location, across the street from the subway, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and attractions. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and very clean. We would definitely stay at this location again.

What a great way to start our vacation in Europe. The staff, especially Arjen at reception were so welcoming and friendly, each and everyone. One of the best stays we’ve had. The room was excellent and the bathroom very nicely decorated and equipped, super clean and lots of plush towels. Location is excellent! Right across the City Train from the airport (there are only 2). A short walk to the center of town & St Stephen’s Cathedral. There’s a big mall nearby if you want to buy water and if you’re like me, in search of a local gadget for my kitchen. I highly recommend the Vienna Hilton Park and would stay here again!

This is an excellent hotel is a perfect location. Just across the street from the Wein Mitte station makes this a great location. Simply take the CAT non-stop train from VIE airport and just across the street. There are a few Hilton Hotel signs in the mall - but really not needed - just go out the exit at the food court. There are several underground lines available at the station - so a great central point. all trains ticket machines have English options and take American Express. Everything worked well at the hotel. An early check in was appreciated after the overnight flight. The wifi worked well and there were a few English tv channels available. I streamed some sports from the USA for those middle of the night awakenings and the wifi was strong. The dinner in the bar area was good and prices as expected. The breakfast buffet was huge and a little pricey. Get the breakfast included in your room rate is recommended or prepare to spend over 30 Euros on breakfast. There are plenty of places to walk to get breakfast as an option. It is an easy walk to the main downtown area. The area seemed very safe. This was an excellent hotel and one of my favorites in my European travels over the years. …

We had just two nights here but they were splendid. We lodged in a high-up suite on the corner, so the views were splendid and the extra light made everything look bright and beautiful. The suite, while not large, was well and comfortably furnished, with large screen tvs in both the bedroom and the living area; a separate dressing room with decent-sized closets to keep everything neat and tidy, and a safe to keep valuables secure. The nice bath, with a large glassed-in shower, a good-sized mirror, and a cache of decent toiletries was especially appreciated, as we were at the end of a 3 week journey through several countries. We greatly enjoyed our access to the high-up club lounge, where we were able to relax with drinks and light fare while our room was being readied. Both food and service were excellent, and that applies to all areas of the hotel, from the check-in and service desks to the afore- mentioned lounge. The location of this hotel, near to all the places we knew and had enjoyed while once living in Vienna, and the high qualty of both its staff and its facilities, ensures at least a short stay here on our next trip to Europe. My recent stay at this hotel exceptional. The location was convenient, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the major attractions. room boasted a amazing view of the park The breakfast was excellent of our stay, offering a vast selection of dishes that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, ensuring a fantastic start to our day. The executive lounge was also perfect , quiet and modern place , with good selection during happy hour. I stayed for 5 nights at the Hilton Vienna Park Hotel in the King Guest Room Panorama. What surprised me was that this well known hotel in a city like Vienna,with so much to do and offer, had no Concierge at all.The bell captain and the receptionists were doubling up as the Concierge.They did there best but a major hotel in a city like Vienna needed a full time specialist Concierge. I was informed that the previous Concierge had retired and had not been replaced.This hindered my ability to get full and complete information or to make reservations for museums or boat tours or musical performances or restaurants. In the rooms slippers were on request and the mini bar was empty. There was no literature about the major events in the city or map of the city in the room. The showering option was limited with no tub.The WC was not in a separate cubicle. The plus was that the hotel was a busy functional hotel in a central location.My room had a nice panaromic view of the city. …

Very convenient from Hilton Vienna Park, Vienna Just a minute's walk cross of street from Wien Mitte Railway Station, S7” which stops at “Wien Mitte” right next to the hotel and from all other locations with the Subway U3 & U4, as well as all S-Train lines. You can walk to Stephansplatz church ,Graben, Karlskirche Church , Café Central, Hundertwasserhau also very close , you can see the park from room . Very convenient
