The hotel is very nice - nice lobby bar - the rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom. We were on the first floor and the rooms are sound proof - there was a barbeque party one nite and we could not hear anything even though the party was right outside our room. The staff is very friendly and...

Location is a bit outside of the main part of town, but is a well appointed comfortable hotel. One of the weekend nights they have Salsa night. Great for people watching! The room was large and nicely appointed.

Room 903 (suite) - very nice and spacious with huge dormer windows... that open right between the two-building hotel and let in all the noise (even when closed) from the street in between. I still fail to understand why there are no coffee or hot pots in the rooms at this hotel. The service is inconsistent at best, although the...

Arched high ceilings in the lobby gives an imperial air to this hotel. Our room was on the first floor and it was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. There was no coffee maker in the room. One family in our group said they called the desk, asked for a coffee maker and tea, and it was delivered. The...

Stayed here around 4 years previously and everything brilliant as before although this time was in the Spring as opposed to Winter. The reception staff were helpful, friendly and spoke first class English. The bedroom was fine and the bed as before, really really comfortable. Took breakfast which was a wholesome buffet. Situated near a tram link into the city...

Stayed here for 4 nights and overall very impressed with the standard. The service from the staff at the reception desk was exceptional. They were very helpful and polite. In fact all the staff at the hotel should be praised for their high level of customer service and friendliness. That includes bar, restaurant and concierge staff. All spoke very good...

The hotel is in walking distance of all main sights of Vienna. Just steps away from the beautiful Belvedere and botanic gardens. The rooms are comfortable and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. They have a Barbecue all-you-can-eat offer on weekend evenings, and it's brilliant: seating in the a nice garden in the heart of the city, with...

I stayed here for a global conference and the service was spot on. My family then joined me for the weekend and we switched to a duel level room. Perfectly good service and service at the front desk was great. The metro station is right behind the hotel and airport only a few stops down (2.50€). Bit pricey if you...
