We'd highly recommend this hotel and were so glad it was recommended to us. It ticks all the boxes- clean, great location, helpful staff, fresh and varied breakfast and comfortable bed. And all at such a reasonable price- 250 euro for 2 people/2 nights. Will definitely return!

Hotel was clean. We received very good service from the front desk who all speak English and go out of their way to assist. Breakfast is good, with a wide selection of items. Convenient location, close to prater park and underground station which is 2 stops away from the city center.

Fantastic service from booking until we arrived at the hotel. Throughout our stay we felt special. Positive that the reception was staffed all night and that there was always help if needed. The breakfast had an incredibly nice selection and fresh ingredients. Common areas were well cleaned as were the rooms. The big fluffy pillows made me sleep so well. Will definitely book this hotel on the next business trip and also we private trips.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel on the occasion of our short break in Vienna. Great location, close to metro/bus and tram stations. You can even walk to the city center. Well equipped rooms, modern bathrooms and the wooden floor is a plus! Breakfast also good, with a variety of different things to choose, continental and English style. Staff at the reception very helpful and professional. Would recommend it without any doubt!

Nice family owned hotel near (5 min walk) Praternstern train and underground station. Room was clean and big size ( we had room with two bedrooms). But still there was space to lay down your luggages. When we checked-inn we were asked if we do not want room cleaning everyday. We agreed to this and got some coupons to use in bar. The breakfast was good with warm dishes such as bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages. And cold dishes ham, turkeys, different cheeses. Serials, fish big variety breads.

Our 4th time in Vienna and our 1st in Wilhelmshof and we have a winner. We stayed in this hotel on two different dates (in between we visited other cities) and we loved it every time. Its location is very close to Praterstern station and about 200 m. to Nestroyplatz but on a very quiet street. The reception staff was wonderful, very very helpful and especially nice. Thank you everyone but a special one to Pablo, Alexandra and the girl with the long black hair (sorry for not remembering the name) who went beyond their duties (which I will elaborate subsequently) in order to assist us. On our first stay (3 days) the room seemed to have a small problem with the internet which affected my husband's work but they managed to bring us a separate router which worked great. On our second stay (4 days) it was extremely cold outside about -4 celcius in daylight and there was unfortunately a problem with the heating in our room which we realized it late at night. They reacted fast and brought us heating appliances while the problem got solved the next morning. I mention it in detail as we had the same problem (our luck and it was our wedding anniversary) in the 5 * star hotel we stayed in Bratislava right after our trip in Vienna. Their response was that since it was after the working hours (after 4 pm) we had to wait for the next day, the day we were leaving. We asked for heaters but they didn't have any, they apologized and asked us for our patience. This is why we are very pleased with everyone in the hotel and we can't wait to be back in our next trip to Vienna. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty and delicious. They have everything, I can't imagine someone not to enjoy it as much as we did. The rooms we stayed were beautiful, large and very clean. Same goes for the bathroom which we fancied, the cleanliness, their products (showel gel, shampoo and body lotion) in big unattached bottles. Lastly, I personally appreciated their question on our arrival if we need cleaning every day. I hate the signs in most hotels saying to put the towels on the floor in case we want them to be changed. It is so untidy!!!!

The hotel is located a short walk from Praterstern station which has direct train services to the airport and frequent U-Bahn services into the city centre. Although conveniently located for transport it is also on a quiet street. Our room was extremely comfy, with a powerful shower and a large bath. The buffet breakfast was both very tasty and set us up for the day. The bar was lovely for a quiet evening drink. Staff very helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Prater and two subway stations, Praterstern and Nestroyplatz, which provide quick access to the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome. The rooms are clean, very warm and quiet. The breakfast buffet is rich and plentiful with a variety of sweet and savory options. A highlight is the very convenient luggage storage which we took advantage of on the day of our departure.
