This hotel is just charming and perfectly fits this amazing city. It has every amenity required for a first class break. Rooms are airy, perfectly clean and very comfortable with great shower. The staff are courteous, professional and eager to help with any questions. Breakfast is superb, and dinner truly delicious. We had an excellent holiday in beautiful Vienna made...

The stay was very pleasant. Staff were very courteous and the facility was top notch. A couple of suggestions: - Dropping off and picking up keys every time you left the hotel and returned did become a bit annoying after a week's stay. - The elevator is a bit of a squeeze but no big deal.

Easy location, friendly front-desk, excellent breakfast, clean rooms. What I didn't like: weird shaped bathtub/shower. Difficult to get in and out. The carpet in the very nice room is ready for change.

This hotel is in really good shape even though its decoration is in a classic style. Rooms and all instances are really clean and counts with a friendly staff. It's well located and very convenient to move to anywhere in Vienna

Dear juanM8200YM, we appreciate your nice review and thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on TripAdvisor. As you mentioned our Hotel Erzherzog Rainer is probably the most “Viennese” of all the Schick Hotels and focuses a lot on tradition. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and wish you, a nice spring continuation.

A lovely classic hotel: very comfortable and with every facility you need. Beds comfortable and shower excellent. The breakfast was superb. We ate in the hotel restaurant too and the food was good traditional fare. Wifi had a strong signal. The location is minutes away from Belvedere, Karlsplatz, Opera, Naschmarkt and the centre. Everything you need from a hotel.

nice traditional hotel located very close to the center of Vienna. I had a 1-person room. Small but fine for a business trip. Comfortable bed, wel fitted-out bathroom. A bit warm, but you can open the window. Staff very friendly, excellent breakfast. The only thing that was disappointing, was the Wi-Fi. It's free but is was very slow and most...

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant, the food in the restaurant excellent and we couldn't fault the service we received. The hotel is well situated for the Ringstrasse and the State opera house.

We really appreciate the service and especially the room service. Each day the room is well done in detail and very clean. The hotel is close to metro and tram. City centre accessible by foot, 10 mn from the opera.
