If you want to stay in a place with rude staff, no wifi(in room), maid staff waiting to clean room at 8am. No coffee/tea, no fridge and very uncomfortable bed It reminds me of an old hospital of the 50's Staff do not know local attraction.......

This place reminds me of poor hotels I stayed in in Beirut in the 1960's. This hotel is rated 4 stars - I wouldn't give it one. The catalogue of issues we had included: - Largely indifferent Reception Staff - No Wi Fi in Bedroom - Breakfast is tricky - by day two we'd figured out what food to avoid...

I stayed here 4 nights and was good value for money- friendly, helpful staff, nice enough room with TV and good location right next to one of the main stations (train and underground) as well as 5 minutes from main shopping street which leads to centre in about 20 min (walking). Happy!.

Or our tour of Europe this was one of not the cheapest place we stayed, but it was one of the cheaper options we found in Vienna. As such, we did not expect any extravaganza. Still, when we arrived the hotel is clearly worn down, which was to be expected. What was not expected was that the hotel _didn't_ offer...

I stayed there for two nights, the single room that I had was one of the smallest that I ever experienced in the dozens of Hotels I've stayed in Europe. As the leader of the group I went to the front desk where I was told I could have another room but the lift did not go to that floor....

We found the reception staff to be unfriendly and not organized. At first said we were booked in 1 night when it was 2 then sent to a single room when a bouble had been booked. More concerned that we had used facilities in the first room, making us feel uncomfortable. The cleaning staff we more friendly and acknowledged you....

I spent two nights at this hotel. It is about .3 miles or a 5 minute walk from the Westbahnoff station and is well connected with public transport. It's a no frills hotel with spacious rooms and no breakfast buffets. At under $60/night it is a steal as far as I am concerned as the only thing I do in...

Clean, comfortable and spacious, Tourotel Mariahilf is perfect for a short stay in Vienna. Not only is the hotel conveniently located, but there are a variety of cafes and shops opposite the hotel, which are local and friendly.

“Take key card out of card slot (just inside room before you go to sleep or you will hear a buzzing noise all night). Lovely night´s sleep when you remember to do this!: Also you can get a kettle from reception for a 10 Euro deposit. Schonbrun palace is very nearby- get a tram practically outside the hotel (number 83 if I remember correctly) and you will be there very soon indeed. ”
