Not so happy with this hotel. Our room was very small, the heating was poor, we were next to a noisy, old elevator, so the noise would wake us up in the middle of the night, bathroom was tiny (if you sit on the toilet your head is literally on the wall, water in the shower wasn't hot and we...

this was my second stay at this hotel, a very central location near to all means of transportation (underground, bus and tram) gives it a very high credit, you literally can get to any where in Vienna from this hotel so easily, the rooms are nice and spacious, comfy beds, good bathroom, nice room decorations and furniture, you can buy...

Room was big enough, beds were comfortable. The weird thing..hotel was locked around Saturday midnight when we came back from the city. Luckily, the recepcionist heard me knocking the entry door. Breakfast was ok. It is very close to Friedensbrücke U-bahn and I recommend irish pub nearby for a beer.

From the horrible greeting we experienced upon arrival to the cold we endured, everything was dreadful. To summarize - The horrible: *we were greeted by a very rude old man(and this is putting it lightly) *when we entered our room we were horrified to see that it was freezing cold but hoped this would change during our stay. It did...

Recently stayed at this hotel as part of a package mini break with my boyfriend. The hotel was easy to find from Friedensbrucke station. Checked in without issue the female staff member at reception was welcoming and spoke good English. Entering the room I was apprehensive due to previous reviews however the room was large in size and the room...

The bathroom sink was not clean. There were stains and it was clear that was not clean enough. There are several garbage cans (both bathroom and room). I do not see the sense for which there are more garbage cans! The rooms that do not have views on the street have a "view" deplorable , the space between buildings is...

The Mozart Hotel in Vienna was dreadful – probably one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. It looked like a hostel with no fridge, no fan (despite very hot conditions), no tea making facilities, a television out of a museum with no English language channels and a shower over the bath with no shower curtain. The...
