Place is really nice. Very clean and well equipt. Location - superb - next to the tram stop, two minutes away from metro station and 10-15 minutes on foot away from center of the city. Restaurants and shops within a minute away. Wifi internet - good and free of charge. Staff - polite and helpful.

Stayed here in a one bedroom apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Small bathroom no window. Tv in main bedroom not in lounge which I was surprised at. Bed in room very comfortable. Couch bed ideal for small children or one adult. Five minute walk to main thoroughfare. Would be happy to stay here again.

The rooms are nice, basic kitchen but it's all you need. Hot water didn't always work throughout the day, walking distance from the city center which is helpful. The only reason it's not five stars is because reception isn't open 24 hours and shares the enterance with another business making it feel not as welcoming as it could be.

An apartment not far from Schottenring metro station, which takes you to the city center. The place itself is well furnished and has the conveniences you need for a weekend trip (not longer). The bed was good enough tho has a bit basic quality linen and matras. Bathroom was spacey and clean. It has a basic kitchen in case you...

This was an interesting place to stay! There is no reception desk, but the apartments are managed by a real estate office in the building which is open from 9 am to 4 pm. If you think you will be arriving outside of these times, do call in otherwise there is no way to get into your apartment. They will...

Having arrived late on a hot evening we were frustrated at the lack of clarification regarding key cards/keys. There are no cards, they are fobs. Which is entirely different and created alot of confusion after a 12 hour journey for my partner and I. Some clearer labelling would have been nice. The rooms themselves are not spectacular, they are small...

Staying in Leopoldstadt

Neighbourhood Profile
Leopoldstadt
Welcome to one of Vienna’s trendiest quarters. The second district has witnessed a turbulent ride, from medieval swamp to vibrant Jewish quarter, from pleasure ground for the noble and humble to current hip residence and workplace of Vienna’s creative crowd. Cross the Danube Canal from the city centre and take in life on Taborstrasse with its mix of old townhouses, churches, theatres, discount shops and ethnic restaurants. Head for Augarten via Karmelitermarkt, Leopoldstadt’s trendy marketplace. Baroque Augarten itself hosts a bizarre mix of manicured hedges and flowerbeds in front of a colossal World War II defense tower, the publicly accessible 300-year-old Augarten porcelain manufactory, the palatial boarding school and funky concert hall of the Vienna Boys Choir, and the modern art museum TBA21. At its opposite corner, The Prater not only houses the Giant Ferris Wheel but blends a bustling amusement park with lush woodland, perfect for a bike tour. Further east is the old derby racing ground of Krieau.
