Coming from the west, the hotel is on the edge of town so you arrive before entering the hustle and bustle of the city. There's a subway train station maybe 150m from the hotel that has a direct line into the city center. There's free parking behind the hotel for a dozen vehicles, maybe 15? There's a free breakfast every... More

This is an absolutely charming hotel with a lot "going for it". First, it's location is great particularly because of it's proximity to the Hutteldorf underground train station. Even though we had a rental car (which we picked up in Rome) we just left the car in the guest parking lot at the hotel and used the train (metro) system... More

The hotel was out of the central but was still pretty easy to get to town by train. We were greeted by a very friendly young man at the reception who was very helpful in giving us directions to the town. It has free parking and the breakfast staff were also very polite. We really enjoyed our stay and the... More

No bar. No guest room/lounge and no relaxing chairs in the room we were in. Restaurant only serves breakfast, no other meals. The advertised free car park has barely room for 20 cars but there are over 50 rooms. We just made it in. AMEX credit cards are not accepted even though my booking was made using one. Also their... Dear Sir/ Madam, We very much regret not having met your expectations. You are right, our car park has insufficient spaces for all cars if we are fully booked It has 18 parking spaces – is free of charge but not organized and therefore not reservable. We rent further 10 spaces outside the hotel within 3 minutes walking distance. There... More

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We found the first room to be little cold for out taste and they replace it with a superior one without additional cost. Metro station just outside. 15 minutes to center. 7 minutes to Schonbrun.

This is a very nice hotel in the western suburb of Huttledorf. It has free parking and a rail+U-bahn station literally across the street making all of Vienna fully accessible -- the center is less than 20 minutes away. The particular U-bahn line also has a stop for Schonbrunn Palace, a key Vienna attraction. The room was a good size, clean... More

When I checked out of the hotel I forgot my men-purse at the check in counter. The receptionist (I was later told she was the owner/manager) ran after us, spotted my wife at the nearby subway station and handed the purse to her. I was truly touched by her special effort und like to thank her again. The hotel was... More

I choose the hotel because it is a quiet area, easy to park your car (for free on their grounds) and only a 1 minute walk to the underground/train station to go into Vienna center in 15 min. (metro leaves every 10min). Nice older building, clean. 24h reception. Classic style and classic hospitality (family run). It is not trendy or... More

The hotel located in a quiet district (except for the railway), very close to the metro station. Not all rooms are air-conditioned, so, if you are taking one, check the weather. The staff is welcoming, the breakfast is good for that price. Free parking on spot is a pleasant addition for car travellers.

The hotel is an old-style one, the rooms are poor, would say essential, The room I had was with air conditioning (fortunately), it does not seem to be quite common in Vienna. The morning breakfast was so sad, just few little things on the table, to choose among. Very close to the train station, easy to move from and to... More
