Was on the way to Lofoten and needed a place to stay. Would have set up a tent as there was a possibility. Hotel had free rooms and decided to get one instead. Room was cozy. Enough room for three people to stay. Breakfast included in the room price. Only unpleasant experience was when we were going to go to...

We stayed here for one night on our way to the lofoten. We received the smallest room, but it was ok for only one night. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were equally delicious. The kitchen is traditionally Norwegian inspired. The location of this hotel is spectacular. The hostess was very friendly. Would definitely book here...

We stayed here having arrived from airport. The setting is stunning by the fjord and our room overlooking it( not the roadside take note) The daughter of the owner welcomed us and made us a delicious reasonably priced fresh cod dinner. This is a simple authentic place to stay comfortable and friendly.

- good location. The place is located right on the seashore and most room must have a sea view. - the building a don the room: depends which one you are in. We had booked a suite in the main building, which probably would have been beautiful. The day before our arrival I realized I hadn't asked for an extra...

This hotel offers also a camping site for tents and camping cars, with access to toilet/showers and free wifi. It is located in a beautiful place and you should visit this historical site during your stay (historical buildings and statues near the beach). It has a nice bar/restaurant, where you can have your breakfast. The staff is very nice and...

We stayed in this hotel two nights during our roadtrip to Lofotens july 2015. Hotel has unique vintage athmosphere, you could almost feel history coming to live while wandering in the hotel yard. Also as the hotel is located at the gate of Lofoten, it was the perfect HQ for our roadtrip purposes. Vintage stamp comes with a price alltought....

although in a niece historical building, this hotel was a nightmare. Our room wa, in the old building, even too small for one of the dwarfs of Snowwhite. Very low, with three beds (one double on the floor and one above, in which you have to climg by stepping on the twe sleepers below). Not even rooms to open two...

I was there during off season so much of this may not apply when it's high season. I checked in a little early after a long day of driving. I stayed in the main building (Brigga) and was pleased with the charm of the room (and water view). I had dinner there and was the only one in the place...

Alice and Rolf are simply wonderful people and it's been a delight to get to spend time with them and at their hotel. The food is fantastic. Rolf made us a Julbord (Christmas Table) dinner this year as we weren't sure if we'd get one later on our trip. Best I'd ever had. We also had Ox and Cod; the...

Character hotel, which are few and far between in Norway. We stayed in a suite in the main house which had been tastefully decorated and fitted out with lovely views over the fjiord to the mountains, but it was by no means cheap. The food in the restaurant is pretty limited but was o.k. and the breakfast was perfectly o.k....
