This is a pleasant hotel, located very centrally and very fairly priced. The room was an adequate size with a comfortable bed but the bathroom was very small and the bathroom door was falling off the hinges. The extractor fan in the bathroom was chucking out some very unpleasant

Hi Jojo, thanks for giving us your feedback, it is much appreciated. Due to our location in the city centre, we do experience some street noise in the weekends. We are in the process of changing the windows overlooking the street, and are hopeful that this will make a big difference. I can assure you that Sunday's breakfast is not Saturday's leftovers, and the buffet should absolutely be replenished also in the last hour of service, and I will adress this issue directly with our breakfast department. Thank you again for bringing all this to our attention, feedback such as yours is vital in improving the guest experience at our property.

The hotel is located very close to the centre. Lots of restaurants and pubs around. The rooms are compact and cozy. Good options for breakfast was available. Would have loved to see more variety or offerings as far as breakfast is concerned. Helpful and friendly staff.

After "roughing" it in the small farm towns for a few days in Norway it was lovely to arrive at a city hotel with a known brand (Best Western) - especially with a TV in the rooms (#firstworldproblems.) The breakfast was yummy and we were happy with Noon check out. The front desk

Stavanger is well worth a visit any time of year! If you are planning to go hiking, I would prepare for cold and wet weather, though :) We have rooms available for this weekend, but are closed for Easter. Send me an email at tina@havly-hotell.no if you have any further questions, and I'll be happy to help!

Hello :) how much does the parking cost? thanks in advance
Hi Flora! Depending on when you arrive, and how long you want to park the car, there are a few options. For weekdays and/or parking more than 3 hrs, we recommend the car park Valberghallen. For weekends and/or parking less than 3 hrs, choose Røde Sjøhus. Either way you can stop outside our front entrance and we will give you directions to the parking of your choice :) Let us know if you have any further questions, we look forward to seeing you!
