We went at lunchtime to the restaurant to celebrate our 36th Wedding Anniversary. We had the lunchtime set menu - enjoyed the seafood paella starter and the soup followed by haddock in batter and the melt in the mouth flat iron steak. Delicious bordelaise sauce. Freshly steamed vegetables. For desserts we sampled the pannacotta with fruit salad and Joe's vanilla...

Had lunch here as my friend and I booked the wine tasting lunch. The tasting wines supplied by Andrew and Paul, CPA Wines, were good but their table was jammed into a small space at the back near the toilets. It was difficult to move around and little space to socialise. We expected an open space. The staff in the...

Stayed in the "red room" overrated sleazy poorly written novel sprang to mind. The decor needs changing badly. Expensive and pretentious for Mumbles. Still has the potential to pull it back and be excellent, nice bathroom with roll top bath. Appreciated sparkling water in rooms and Welsh cakes with tea and coffee. Good breakfast and service.

Good room with view across the bay, the ensuite also was very spacious. We were on the first floor, at this time of year it's fine as there are no leaves on the trees so the view is actually the same as further up... Excellent service and warm hospitality making us immediately feel welcomed.

One night business trip, late arrival. Had room 8 at the top overlooking the bay - very comfortable and well appointed. Big bathroom with plentiful towels etc. Good breakfast and prompt service. All in all a very comfortable stay - £100 B&B.

We have just returned from this impressive hotel in the beautiful town of mumbles. The room we had was lovely with all the little extras you would hope to find, given the premium price of the room. We had a little fridge, coffee ( alas no biscuits ),dressing gowns, a iron and ironing board, and even a hairdryer ! The...

Lunch here today - First visit in a long time and won't be going back anytime soon Restaurant has been refurbished very nicely but tables are now crowded together so not much privacy and very little room for staff to to move between tables Food was pretty bland and not cheap for what we had. So disappointed!
