An impressive resort from the moment you arrive, supported by friendly enthusiastic staff. Facilities were fantastic and many free activities. The breakfast buffet is extensive with freashly cooked eggs and omelettes, greasy juice etc. within the resort you have a choice of eating places, one air conditioned, one on the beach, one 'fine dining' over looking the pool and room...

We booked to stay 7 nights with a Luxury Escapes deal. When we arrived it was raining, no big deal as it was still warm. Our Room was on the third floor, no big deal, but we couldn't open the sliding door, to the balcony, as the constant rain had swollen the door. Our balcony was also flooded, so we...

We arrived home today 21st April 2017, from a wonderful two week stay at this lovely resort. The most important aspect for us as a family was the genuine and friendly staff. Sunny, Milk, Sor, Kay, Nu and Kron. Every day we had top class service and were treated with kindness, respect and excellence! The staff couldn't do enough to...

My fiance and I visited Thailand last Sept and spent 11 wonderful nights at the Mai Samui. Yes - it's quiet. Very quiet. But that's exactly what we wanted! The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained at all times but it is the Staff who really make this hotel what it is. No request, however big or small ever...

We had a room that lead out onto the pool that is like a river and leads to the infinity bar. We had hired a car which was "as cheap as chips" through Avis, the car was most useful and easy to drive as the roads were not over run with traffic. The island is beautiful, its people were generous...

Zero to complain about for my family and plenty to be happy with. Beach is horrible but who cares when there is a pool this big. Good area to relax around it too. Different depths for the kids and a separate smaller kids sand pool. Breakfast is very good without being excellent. Special mention for MISS JIRAPINYA in the breakfast...

This could be a nice place but the service was terrible and the resort filthy. We had a long list of issues: 1 Booked 2 side by rooms but arrived and they were seperate. Not suitable for kids 2 and 3 so we are all cramped in together. 2 main pool filthy and unusable. When you get out literally covered...

Dear Mr. Tom S, Thank you for taking your time to give us the comment at Trip Advisor. As the booking came with different channel, then we did not know that you came together. Also in the booking did not mention at all for side by side room requested. The hotel location at the peaceful area with sunset in front,...

I could not fault this resort. A friend and myself stayed late November early December 2016. We absolutely loved our stay. We were at the end of low season so as big as this resort was we were only 2 of I think 30 people there. No doubt it would have been super busy after we left over the Christmas...

Bit late in doing the review. This is a lovely hotel the whole setting is perfect , perfect for couples but would not rate for family's as the hotel is bit of the beaten track , so if you wanted to dine out there was nothing in walking distance , staff lovely rooms very good standard. Food I have to...

Anybody reading the poor or terrible reviews, take no notice whatsoever it's absolute nonsense....this hotel is by far the best hotel I have stayed in ever....coming from a person who has been around the world working for many years. Secluded, peaceful, great staff they can't do more for you, definitely has the wow factor. Drinks are expensive but who cares...
