Just had 2 days in Brighton then on to here. Very nice place, clean and tidy. Great pier with a much decorated cafe just for Christmas. Great for walkers around Beachy Head but you can drive there if you prefer. Parking in Eastbourn superb. Just a £ for a day's permit in winter.

Arrived early in eastbourne to our First time at this hotel. We found it weird to walk through the café to the reception but on first glance the decor was neutral and fresh. At check in our room wasn't ready until 1.30pm so got a parking voucher from the hotel costing £1 and headed into town for some shopping and... More

This is exactly what it says on the tin ! Excellent value for money and if your lucky enough to have a room with a sea view "outstanding" room was clean, practical and comfortable, staff very friendly nothing too much trouble, we didn't eat here but I didn't hear anything negative from other guests. I will recommend to all who which... More

Arrived to a smile and professional care. The room was very clean and quiet. Staff are caring and breakfast fresh and cooked to order. If you find better value for money you have exceeded all my experience in staying in hotels. I will stay again and report my view to friends.

We booked a room for August Bank holiday. The room was extremely small and not clean, actually we found the bathroom quite dirty. It was expensive due to the bank holiday weekend, so we expected more quality overall.

Situated along the beachfront, and easy to find. Parking an issue as with all seaside towns, but we found a space easy enough. The hotel can offer subsidised parking, pop inside before you pay, and they will give you the correct ticket. The communal areas, are spacious, tastefully, and neutrally decorated. Whilst still maintaining some of the that character and charm... More

It was over the August bank holiday so price was higher than normal. Room was tiny cramped and you could hear everything from the room next door kept awake half of the night with people talking and laughing. Worst hotel room I've ever stayed in blankets no quilt hot and bedside cabinets made out of an old kitchen worktop with... More

We stayed here overnight. The location is great as it overlooks the sea and the lobby and restaurant areas are very bright and inviting. We had a meal in the evening which was cooked to order so nice and fresh and hot and was very good and good value for money. One chap though doing reception, food orders, bar and... More
