We stayed for 1 night and having stayed at many places in Eastbourne this has been by far the best. The hosts are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the breakfast amazing with the eggs cooked to perfection. The location is ideal as well. We will certainly visit again.

We had such a lovely stay at the Bay Tree Guesthouse and it's really near the seafront and the restaurants and shops. Grace and Geoff are natural hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were just like the photographs with light tasteful decor and really good facilities. Very clean and everything we needed. Selection of drinks and biscuits,... More

Guest house is in a good location, within easy walking distance of pier, sea front and town. Tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Little details have been thought about. What made our stay even more enjoyable was Grace and Geoff, a delightful couple who obviously enjoy looking after their guests. Lovely breakfast cooked by the very humerus Geoff. Would definately stay... More

This B & B is just off the sea front at Eastbourne but is an absolute gem if you want a small friendly establishment. Geoff greeted us and made us laugh from the off. We stayed here for 1 night for the Airshow and wished we had booked for longer. Our room was spotless and cosy with everything we needed... More
