Is Wi Fi available in the bedrooms
Seem to remember the reception was better in the lounge and the bar. Suggest phoning the hotel to confirm.

So sorry to take so long to reply I do not know if they do a gluten free menu, I would advise phoning the hotel, As they would be the ones to answer all your queries. Hope this helps you and your wife. Take care 🌟

Dear lyntaz The hotel does have a small set of steps at the front entrance to the hotel, but there is a door bell at the bottom of the steps to alert the reception staff and they will arrange for the team to bring out the portable ramp and bring you up into the hotel. A lot of our showers are fitted with grab rails, but I would always suggest that you phone the hotel directly to confirm your needs direct with them; please telephone 01323 411043.

Do they have room's with walk in showers
Dear _thomashart05 Many thanks for your question regarding walk in showers at our Imperial Hotel in Eastbourne. The hotel does have a large number of bedrooms with walk in showers, however it is always best to request a walk in shower when booking your holiday. The hotel will always do their best to accommodate all guests requests, but these unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
