My daughter and I stayed there at the completion of The South Downs Way. This is a charming Boutique Hotel near the seafront and Pier. The reception when we arrived was very friendly with the owner offering us tea/coffee. The hotel has been tastefully decorated and the rooms were spotlessly clean with quality bed linen and pillows. The breakfast was...

Comfy, clean rooms Posh biscuits in the room as well as free bottled water and daily fresh flowers. Warm, welcoming hosts Only drawback was that there was no parking and we were there during a busy weekend so had to drive around to find a space. Fabulous cooked breakfasts

A lovely little guesthouse with an excellent host. The attention to detail is amazing, it is spotless, the service is personal . The breakfast is excellent with dietary needs (and fads) fully met. We are looking for an excuse to visit Eastbourne again!

This delightful Guesthouse is just that - a place to stay where you are treated very much as a 'guest' of the owner . It goes way beyond the definition of a B&B . Keith is courteous and obliging , quietly in the background making your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible . I stayed in the Alice room...

We had a wonderful stay at the Albert & Victoria B&B. The welcome, the room, food, and service was excellent. Mine host Kieth was just great, nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly stay again, and recommend 100%.

We've already stayed here in 2015 to celebrate my birthday and since we enjoyed the Albert & Victoria B&B so much we decided to come back for my birthday this year. Unlike last year where we stayed in Room "Beatrice" this year we stayed in room "Helena" which is a floor above "Beatrice". The room was spotless and again came...

This was our first experience in a guest house and what an amazing find. Keith made us feel very welcome the moment we walked through the door. We stayed in the Beatrice room which was very nice. Kept clean with nice little touches like bath robes, bottled water and toiletries. Breakfast has a wide variety of cereals and fresh fruit...
