I was in Eastbourne to attend the UKIP annual conference and needed somewhere to stay overnight. The room was warm and comfortable, and the proprietor was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

Top quality and welcoming guest house near the sea front. Very smart and bright rooms. Excellent breakfast and all round service (including Keith contacting me and posting back to me the small portable radio i left in my room !).

Not all of Eastbourne's hotels and b&bs are known for their quality but the Albert and Victoria is a great exception!
The building is a charming old town-house (evidently recently renovated), my room was well-furnished, the service is very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast...More
