What wonderful owners of Holcombe House... very welcoming, friendly, attentive, warm and kind. Well done Roy and Jose. I took my daughters on a short break to llandudno and we had a beautiful experience! The beds were comfortable and the room was lovely and warm as Jose put the radiators on for us. When we went down for breakfast on the first morning we were greeted by Jose who offered us tea or coffee and asked how strong we'd like it, and every morning after he brought it accordingly as soon as we sat down. Breakfast was delicious as other reviews suggest... and cooked to perfection. I really can't fault anything about Holcombe House and would recommend it to anyone!

Well positioned for main attractions, property spotless. Many little extras which help make the stay special. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had, plenty of choice with local quality foodstuff. Owners couldn’t be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning.

It’s a good B&B in an excellent location. Place was clean and the onsite Manager was helpful and clearly hard working. The breakfast was good, but one point, the room had several guests sat eating in deadly silence. It was really aukward, the breakfast room would benefit from a radio or tv creating some ambient noise. We were a bit disturbed by noise from the street, but that was mainly because we had an unusual September heatwave so had the windows open. The pub 50 yards to the left of the property was excellent.

Just returned after a 2 night stay in this beautiful, traditional B&B. Myself, husband and our 2 year old were made to feel very welcome by Jose, our room was beautiful with great touches such as chocolates, biscuits and a lovely selection of teas/coffee. The full welsh breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever tasted. Great location, 2 minute walk from the great Orme tram station and very close to the main shops/cafes/bars and restaurants and beach/pier. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely stay again if we visit Llandudno. Thank you Jose!

Stayed last weekend with my daughter and grandson. Roy and Jose are the perfect hosts. Very welcoming and accommodating. Room beautifully clean and fresh with comfortable beds. Welsh Breakfast was very filling and delicious. Thank you Roy and Jose for everything.

Lovely little b and b offering the best breakfast I have ever had.Room was comfortable with lots of storage and wardrobe space.Bathroom was large and spotlessly clean with complimentary toiletries.Bed was really comfy.The hosts were delightful and friendly and service was excellent.Good location for all amenities in Llandudno.Wi fi free but only good reception in communal rooms bit off and on in bedroom but not a problem for us.

The hosts at Holcombe House are lovely, approachable friendly and really made us feel at home. The accomodation is absolutely beautiful and a very high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. The Welsh breakfast is excellent and any variation is also perfect. The location is also very good for getting around Llandudno and afar, we visited several places with ease by car. I would highly recommend Holcombe House and we are full of praise for Roy and Jose. Definitely would stay again.

We had such a pleasant stay at Holcombe House for 3 nights. The room was lovely, very quiet and had a well appointed bathroom. We slept well and enjoyed the truly delicious breakfast. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. Located right in Llandudno, there were lots of fabulous choices for dinner, which we enjoyed tremendously! Walking along the promenade was delightful. The fabulous location allowed easy access to visit Conwy, Caernarfon, Harlech and Beaumaris Castles by car. We will definitely return when we visit Llandudno again!

Stayed here for 3 nights on Aug Bank Holiday weekend. We had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing just a short walk to the pier and chair lift to the great orme and also easy to reach the quieter, even more stunning west shore. For the hosts nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast served all consisted of top quality produce. Our room was room two at the front of the building and we enjoyed sitting in the window with a cup of tea in the afternoon. We had 3 amazing nights sleep in the comfy bed. Llandudno it's self was lovely and have to recommend the open top bus to conwy, we had a great day doing that. Thanks for a great stay and hopefully see you at Holcombe House again soon

Delightful quiet room (despite the house being fully booked) with generous provision of coffee/tea/chocolate/biscuits with fresh milk on request. Breakfast cooked to perfection and precisely as ordered. Great owners and staff and difficult to find anything that could be improved! Very comfortable and a super night's sleep. Warm towels and fluffy bathrobe supplied, with one of the best, most controllable showers I have encountered this year.
