2 night stay and I wish it was more. The hosts were absolutely delightful. Nothing was too much. Pleasant, welcoming, informative and most of all just genuine. The rooms were spotless. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows and sheets were soft, clean and smelled fresh. It’s right in the front we had a sea view room and it’s a great place to wake up and open the window and listened to the sea and the gull’s. When the windows are closed you cannot hear the road from the road so don’t worry about that. The breakfast was amazing. Such a great choice, you order from a menu and it’s included in the price and it’s cooked fresh to order, full English, salmon, croissants, cereals, toast, muffins, proper coffee and fresh juices. I will totally be back. Myself and my little girl were made to feel very welcome and like a home from home. If you are going to visit Llandudno, this is the place to stay over. Ps if you find this on bookings.com before you book call the hotel it’ll be less expensive.

We booked this seafront B&B based on its reviews and price and we were definitely not disappointed. We parked within easy walking distance of the property and at their prices the £5.20 to park all day on the sea front was negligible.
We were staying for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday and were greeted by Ed who is genuinely a very nice person. He instantly made us feel very welcome and gave us a quick update on the latest rules for Covid in Wales. He was also very kind in carrying both our cases to room 8 on the second floor (which made us feel rather guilty)
Our room was spacious for the 3 of us with everything we required and quite possibly the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was also spotless with plenty of hot water and good size and quality towels.
Although we were too late for a sea view our view was still very nice with the mountains in the distance.
Breakfast was very relaxed with a 90 minute window and you could go for breakfast at any time within those 90 minutes. All the serving staff were very polite and well trained and also very efficient. The breakfast itself was exceptional with everything being of good quality and nicely cooked. Any other review you read should tell you exactly the same and it really does set you up for the day.
Nothing was too much trouble for Ed who is a really great host and based on the whole experience we will definitely be returning at some point in the future. Thank you Ed for a great place to stay

Ok I will start with the location for those who aren't sure. The Oasis is located on the promenade between the Hydro & Shelbourne b&b the Oasis is painted outside baby blue. We first arrived Sunday 19/09/21, prior to this I had spoken with the proprietor for booking and what a pleasant chap. Fast forward to Sunday we was welcomed by Ed the proprietor who explained a few things to us, who then took our bags to the room. I won't tell you what room because this is my hidden gem. The views from this room overlooked the sea, the little orme and the great orme. The room was big and spacious with tea/coffee facilities also hairdryer. The room was cleaned and bed made everyday and replenished. We would like to thank the housekeeping team for this. Breakfast was great not running with fat/grease you can have cooked or cereal, "try the porridge". We would like to thank "Sibilia" I think I got her name correct and kitchen team for this. We had to move rooms after our second night this was how I had to book because this b&b was so busy and we did leave the booking to the last minute. This second room was also nice BUT we was spoilt with the first room. Overall this b&b is well worth booking but book well in advance you won't be disappointed.
Well done Ed and team see you soon hopefully we can get a booking.

Big thank you to Ed and the team for our wonderful stay at The Oasis last week.

Ed is extremely knowledgeable on the area and happy to share recommendations and suggestions of things to do.

The breakfast was beautiful, very tasty sausages and bacon and seemed to be able to have as much as you liked with table service provided.

The hotel was warm and welcoming, nice and fresh and clean. The beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet and peaceful.

Rooms had everything you would need including a nice shower, comfy beds and plenty of space to put your belongings away for the duration of your stay. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room which were restocked every day and tv with free view channels.

Location wise the hotel was very handy and we were fortunate to get parked outside each day and able to use a free parking pass which was a bonus.

Would not hesitate to return back to The Oasis should we return to Llandudno. Thank you Ed and team for your hospitality.

A great stay and very welcoming and helpful host.
From the start of our stay, Carol and Ed were wonderful host. As soon as I booked the room, Ed contacted me, to offer advice on how to get a better offer, by booking directly through the hotel website. Thank you so much for that Ed.
As soon as we arrived at the Oasis, Ed offered to help take my partner bags up to the room and gave some great advice about the parking on the main road. He was also able to give a parking pass for the duration of our stay. He then provides us with a map of Llandundno and offered advice on where to go and where to eat.
The breakfast was a very nice portion size, with Carol and Ed happy to provide, non-dairy/plant based milk for my partner.
The Oasis is in a great location, with an easy walk to the centre of town, but not too close that you hear excess noise from the pubs and shops. The view from the front of the oasis is breath taking. A quick walk across the road and you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the promenade
We would quite happy stay again and the next time we stay in LLandundno, the Oasis will be our first choice of stay. We would highly recommend the Oasis to family and friends
Thanks Carol and Ed, hope to see you again.

We chose the Oasis due to it’s close proximity to Venue Cymru as we had booked to see Lord of the Dance on one night.
We were pleased to find a smart looking B&B on the promenade which provided us with a pleasant en suite comfortable double room facing the sea from where you had excellent views of Llandudno.
The breakfast, cooked to order was first class and the service provided by Ed and Carol could not be faulted They also supplied details of local restaurants where evening meals could be taken and which we used with success.
Parking outside the Oasis on the promenade was free between 4pm and 10am which was a bonus and easily available when we were there.
We would certainly both use and recommend them for any future visits to the area

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights as we needed a base to do some travelling around Wales whilst also enjoying Llandudno itself. It was perfect for us. We where met with a warm welcome and the room was very clean, in fact spotless. Ed was very helpful with information for us. Breakfast was served on a room service basis as there are restrictions due to covid, but all very well organised. Situated right on the front central on the promenade, with a retail park at the rear of the property which we found very useful! We would definately recommend.

The Oasis at Llandudno is just perfect. From the owner, Ed to the breakfast lady and man who are so kind and friendly. Ed would do anything for us to feel welcome.
The Oasis have everything for a perfect holiday. The rooms are so clean ( cleaned daily) , Ed and staff are so careful to details, for example a bottle of water and a pack of tissue is left in room for customers ( it is not something expensive but small gestures like these sometimes save your holiday. With my kids, I always ran out of tissue and water, so it saved me a hassle).
The breakfast is great, exactly what you need for a good start of the day.
Location is perfect , just across the sea, 5 min from pier.
Definitely we are going back to the oasis.
Many thanks, Florina

The Oasis is in an ideal location on the front at Llandudno, and our host Ed gave us a warm welcome and helped us with our luggage up to the top floor (room 11). The large bed was very comfortable and our room had all the amenities we wanted - except decaff tea bags, and this was remedied as soon as I mentioned it! There was a view over the town to the mountains. Breakfast was delicious with quality sausage and bacon. There is a beautiful and comfortable lounge with a wonderful view over the sea and seating arranged so that you can make the most of it. There's also a piano but I didn't notice any music, so take some if you need some! We would definitely love to stay here again.

Answer from TheOasisWales

The Oasis is not wheelchair friendly. Access to The Oasis front door and ground floor is via 7 steps from street level. While we do have three ground floor rooms, most of our rooms are located in the main house (rooms 1 to 4 on the first floor, rooms 5 to 8 on the second floor, and rooms 9 to 12 on the third floor). Please be aware that breakfast is served on the lower ground floor, accessed via 13 stairs (with handrails on both sides). The Oasis does not have a lift.

Answer from TheOasisWales

We regret that The Oasis has no dedicated car parking spaces. The exception to this is for occupants of the apartment, where one dedicated space is available. Car parking is available on The Promenade, in front of The Oasis. The Promenade is a pay and display zone (it is free from between 5pm and 10am every day, including weekends - however please check parking signs as times do change with the seasons and Traffic Wardens are ruthless in Llandudno!). The good news is that we have a small number of passes that permit cars to park for free in front of The Oasis. These are available to guests as they arrive on a first come first served basis.

There is no bar at The Oasis. The reason for this is that there are many excellent bars, pubs and restuarants within a very short walk from here.
