Our 2nd visit to The Carmen, what a wonderfully relaxing place it is. It is absolutely spotless, the hosts are very friendly and welcoming, and the food is lovely. It is in an ideal location, a good walk into town, but the peace and quiet is well worth the walk. The room we had, No.2, is on the front of...

We have stayed in the Carmen before our visit last weekend (17/18 September) and it has been a fantastic stay on each occasion. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfast is delicious and Tricia and Steve are brilliant hosts. Honestly, in our opinion, this must be the best B+B in North Wales. Every little detail is designed to.make you feel...

We arrived early and Trish and Steve booked us in early without a problem, which was good so we could go and watch the football and they gave advice where to go and watch the game. The room was room number 6 a king size bed which was the most comfy bed we have had in a B & B...

Llandudno is a beautiful scenic Victorian seaside resort situated in a long bay with limestone hills at either end. Lots of activities, including walks on the hills. The Carmen is a great base to stay and explore the region by car. The decor is spotless and tasteful. The facilities are very well arranged. The breakfasts are delightful. Streetside parking is...

If you are looking for a B&B that is away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Llandudno, but close enough to walk to in just a few minutes, then The Carmen is perfectly situated. We had a lovely three night stay and will certainly be returning. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean, the bed very cosy and...

Pristine guest house we'll run by a lovely couple. The accommodation was immaculate with finishing touches that make it that bit special. Could not fault the place and would highly recommend to anyone. Good food served to your own request and no fuss. Perfect for adults looking for a nice relaxing break.

Con: I didn't sleep well for the three nights we were there because the bed doesn't have a top sheet but just a duvet. Thus I woke up constantly as it was always too hot or cold with just the duvet. I will never understand why Europeans don't have this sheet! The breakfast hours are early and limited. Checkout is...

My husband and I have just spent 3 nights at The Carmen Hotel, we have found a little gem, the best B&B we have ever stayed at. Trish and Steve are wonderful hosts, we were welcomed with tea/coffee sat in the lovely garden, and the room (room2) was just perfect, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the bathroom was also spotless...

Fabulous hosts in Trish and Steve, a real home from home stay. Spotlessly clean, comfortable accomodation and an excellent breakfast...there is even a fridge to keep your wine cold! Although there isn't a bar you can use the lounge or patio to relax and have a tipple or two. A group of us have stayed at The Carmen four years...
