Bobby and his wife were very friendly And made us very welcome The room was excellent. And very comfortable. The breakfast was first class and filling. We stayed for seven nights and enjoyed every night of it. Would have no problems recommending this bed-and-breakfast to anybody. First class.

On arrival we found there was a carpark for about 7-8 cars if parked sensibly. We were booked in by Bobby and were given the keys, one for the bedroom and one for the front door so you vod come and go as you wanted. There was no Restaurant so I don't call it a hotel. Our room was on the top floor and was an average size. The TV gave limited channels. One of the sockets by the bed had a hole in the plaster. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The breakfast each day lasted us until we wanted our evening meal. I couldn't move the shower head to get a better flow of water. Over all the premises was clean and tidy but I wouldn't say it deserves a five star rating, it was more like 3 stars

Fantastic stay as alway. This was our our 4th stay! Bobby is always very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable and bathrooms are spotless. Breakfast is really Good with plenty of choices and cooked to perfection. The location is great, lovely and quiet and only a short walk to the promenade, Great Orme , restaurants and shops. Fantastic Sea view of West Shore from family Room. Will definitely be returning, again !!

Exceptional! Very high standards- the whole place is very smart and very clean. Bed very comfy, bathroom newly fitted and spotless. Everything worked ! Room with all the extras you need. Free parking which is a bonus. Breakfast was very good - great selection, fresh and well cooked. Bobby was welcoming and friendly and the price for the room (B&B) was very reasonable. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to family, friends and anyone else

We've been to Llandudno quite a few times over the years but this is the first time we've stayed at Space Boutique. Bobby, the host was very welcoming and the B&B was lovely. The room was excellent and the views were breathtaking. Breakfast was great (I had the traditional cooked option both mornings we were there). Parking onsite which meant we didn't need to move the car during our stay as only about 5 minutes walk from the pier and the town centre. We will definitely be staying here, next time we're in Llandudno.

Stayed overnight and worth the money. Clean room and modern, didnt expect it to be that great. Breakfast was tastefully great! Service wise, very accommodating. 5 min walk going to pier. Bed and pillows were really comfy. I had a goodnight sleep, quiet area.

We had a lovely weekend at this B&B. We arrived late on Friday night & stayed until Sunday. The B&B is a beautiful building walking distance to Llandudno so no need to take the car although there is parking for guests. The owner was very welcoming & had bought in the items we had asked for for breakfast. The room was modern, comfortable & clean. Downstairs there are two spacious living rooms where you could relax. This is a really lovely B & B, very well run by lovely, attentive hosts Bobby and Sunita. On our first visit several years ago, the Indian restaurant, Java, was open, but sadly that is no longer part of the hotel. The Eastern decor however remains and is so beautiful. We were two couples, both our rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, cereal, fruit Juices, fresh fruit, artisan bread, yoghurts, in addition to an excellent cooked choice, including pancakes with maple syrup and fresh fruits. Will definitely return and would recommend to anyone. This review is on behalf of ourselves and my sister and partner.

We received a very warm welcome from Bobby on arrival, and showed us to our room on first floor, very nice room, clean and lovely comfy bed, bathroom good size, with all toiletries you need, fresh bottled water, tea and coffee, and biscuits, my wife really liked the small portable mirror supplied, and two comfy chairs. Breakfast was excellent, choice of cereals and freshly cooked options, especially the pancakes with syrup and fresh fruit, all prepared and cooked by Sunita. Parking was a bonus, own car park at rear of hotel, and on main street out front, and only a ten-minute walk to the town and pier shops and restaurants. Would defiantly recommend Space Boutique B&B, and will be staying if ever in Llandudno again,
