This hotel is perfectly situated for all the attractions in Llandudno. It is quiet, comfortable and very welcoming. The rooms are traditionally furnished and decorated. Breakfast is excellent and you will not go hungry. The views from the bedrooms are fantastic. There is a small on site car park but there is also plenty of free parking on the road... More

Such a nice place to stay. Nice quiet location. Friendly owners. Sparkling clean. Great massive bathroom. 5min walk to the best (no kidding) eating places in town. Up to 10 min to the beach / town centre. Beautiful garden (smokers friendly). Comes recommended.

Just had a fantastic weekend staying at Warwick House. Room clean, tidy, TV, shower, toilet, washbasin, 1st floor. Tea and coffee making facilities available. The room was stylish and inviting. There was a bottle of water in the room with two glasses. Small but cosy. Ideal for a weekend break. A number of steps up to the front door, and... More

Booked a weekend away as a private celebration. One bonus is that this B&B has off road parking, something that is in short supply for most hotels and B&B's. Some quite steep steps up to the reception but nothing you should not be able to manage providing that you are able bodied. Met by one of the owners with a... More

We came here for a weekend break with our little 13 month old springer. The hotel is fantastic with dogs. It was simply amazing! So welcoming, so friendly, just simply perfect. The room was fabulous, so clean and so comfy. We cannot wait to return for our next break!!

Our friends and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay over the bank holiday weekend. It was chosen by our friends as they allow dogs to stay there. The hotel is accessed by two flights of steps. The garden is well maintained, and we enjoyed sitting in as we had nice sunny weather. There is parking for 4 cars. There... More

I've stayed at this hotel three times now with school parties. It is a small but charming, clean and comfortable hotel which reminds me very much of my holidays at the seaside when I was a boy in the 70's. It has all the traditional elements you would expect to find in a seaside hotel - soft, richly patterned carpets,... More

Booked a long weekend primarily so we could take the dog with us. A warm welcome, spacious bedroom, comfy beds, excellent breakfast with ample choice. Small car park, we parked up and left it for the weekend. Close to town centre and only a couple of minutes away from the Great Orme tramway. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward... More

My mum and I stayed for two nights b & b with my dog. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable, but some of the decor and furniture (not the beds) was a little "tired". This by no means affected my stay, but if you are looking for pristine modern accommodation then this isn't the hotel for you.... If however... More

Brought my father in law and our 2 kids, we had 2 rooms between us, a twin room and a family room for 3 and both were faultless. Comfy beds, good facilities and very clean. Overall, a Friendly and welcoming hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, fresh cooked food of a high standard. Really enjoyed our stay.
