We was shown to our room which was a nice size room and was spotlessly clean. Very nicely decorated and well kept. We was offered a drink straight away...

Me and my fiance have recently come back from a lovely 2 night stay at Avron House (28th-30th Sept). The room was very nicely decorated, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff are lovely and the freshly baked cake left in the reception area for the guests was a lovely touch. Breakfast choice was great...

We stayed here with friends last weekend for two nights 24/25 Sept we had room 4 which is at the front with a bay window (our friends had room 2 also with bay window). Read through the previous reviews as it has all been said what we think - Great Hosts - Great Guest House - Great Breakfast. Thank You.

The most welcoming hosts, wonderful food and perfect location. We were greeted with a warm smile eventhough it was nearly midnight, offered food and drink and comfy bed - what else can you ask for after long journey. Higly recommend and would definitely stay again and again and again.

We stayed at Arvon House as a lovely 30th Birthday surprise break. There is plenty of parking nearby. Even if you can't park outside the B&B there is plenty of free street parking down the main stretch in Llandudno. Once we arrived we were welcomed by Joe who showed us to our rooms. We were then invited to the lounge...

Loved it, the most loveliest welcome we have ever received. The staff are lovely. The rooms were spacious and cosy, all clean and tidy. The breakfast was yummy with loads of choices. 5 min walk to the beach, shops and pubs. Only downside is parking, free on the street but hard to find a space. We parked up and drove...
