Cannot fault the lady that runs it. She was lovely. The hotel is in a perfect location, didnt have to drive all weekend. Tons of bars and restuarants within walking distance. also just 5 mins away from the cable cars (they are a must) Only problem was the size of the bathroom. Absolutley tiny. However we could deal with that... More

It is with great disappointment that we have read and digested your review. There is no explanation or "excuse" for an un serviced bedroom. Truly sorry for this and the situation has been resolved,Had this been actually pointed out to management while you were with us then the problems would definitely have been identified and rectified. Good clean hotel that gives you a very warm welcome. Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner. The breakfast and service was fantastic and the young girls serving always had a smile for you and would make you feel very comfortable. Would definately visit this hotel again and hope to do so the next time we are in Llandudno

Had a lively stay. Proprietor well in touch with her rooms and their facilities and gave me a room providing exactly what I asked for. Lovely comfy night, gorgeous sweeping of Llandud Prom even at night. Thanks again.

My grandparents stayed here during the victorian bank holiday weekend. The stagf and owners were wonderful as my grandad was taken to hospital and they did everything to look after them both and catered for there every need in there stay.... Would recommend definitely.
