Attended a golden wedding anniversary here last weekend. We had booked a superior room. The room was freezing, both radiators were turned to frost setting. My husband asked at reception for an additional heater and was told they had all been given to other guests. On further questioning he was told ' we have 98 rooms how would you expect...

We are very disappointed to read your review and in particular your rating. We know it was a particularly cold weekend when you stayed, but we do apologise that we had not been aware that a previous guest had turned the radiators down to the frost setting and that your bedroom was therefore cold. The evening buffet was chosen by...

Really good food, helpful pleasant staff, seafront location, comfy bed and clean room. I travelled alone and felt very comfortable. I visited for a swimming course being run at the hotel but will certainly go back to explore the lovely area and have another stay

Popped in here with my sister during a short stay in Llandudno. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hotel receptionists who were happy to point us in the right direction. We found a seat with a view of the sea which was a lovely place to sit for food and drink. The decor gives a quality feel and the...

Thank you Lee for your review. We are delighted you enjoyed the organic Fairtade loose leaf Suki Tea we recently introduced and the delicious cakes but we are very sorry to learn that you felt the bread used in the sandwiches could have been fresher and that the scones were a little dry and the fruit was slightly overcooked. Our...

Hello, this is a review of the restaurant only so scroll down for opinions on the hotel rooms. Along with a group of friends we popped in for lunch after completing the Nick Beer 10k in windy conditions. I ordered a Grilled Steak on Ciabatta bread which came with a salad and chips. The food was tasty but then again...

Thank you for your review and congratulations on completing the Nick Beer in the challenging conditions of not only the wind but also the temperature! We recently introduced a new range of organic Fairtrade teas which is proving very popular with our guests but the additional pot of hot water is because everyone’s tastes to the strength of tea they...

We decided on the Friday to stay at this hotel the following night. I'd been to llandudno before but my husband hadn't. The hotel was pretty expensive for us but we decided to treat ourselves. The reception staff were efficient and friendly. Our room was spotless, as was the enormous ensuite bathroom. The bed couldn't have been more comfortable. We made...

We appreciate your comments about the bedroom and that the bed couldn't have been more comfortable and how much you enjoyed your breakfast. Decided to visit the imperial again for the 4th time. Booked through booking.com and got the room for £120 for the night. On checking in we were told that we had a room in the side of the hotel. I asked if they had any availability on the 5th floor as was aware the hotel was not busy with a...

Thank you for your review Tracy and we are extremely saddened to hear about the group of men’s behaviour in Mint Condition and sincerely apologise for their rowdiness and that this has left you in two minds as to whether you would stay again. We have spoken to the instructors who were unaware there had been an issue as they...

We stayed here for our ninth wedding anniversary. It was an expensive indulgence, but well worth it. The room was quite small but had a disproportionately huge bathroom; both were spotlessly clean. The pool and spa facilities were excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful. We ate at the restaurant on the Saturday and whilst the meal was fairly expensive,...

Not having visited Llandudno before we didn't know what to expect of either the place or the Imperial Hotel. What a lovely surprise with both. We have stayed in lots of hotels and there is usually a niggle of some sort but not on this occasion, everything was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful, everywhere was spotless, perfect location...

This hotel is in a great location for getting into the town and as a base for walking around Llandudno bay area. The hotel is well decorated and clean. The staff are most helpful and can't do enough for guests. The food is excellent with plenty of choice, would stay there again.

My grandparents honeymooned in Llandudno and took us on holiday there as children so we keep up the tradition and visit 2-3 times a year. We booked The Imperial as we thought it would be nice to use the pool facilities. We weren't disappointed. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all lovely to use in the middle of winter but...
