Just returned from a Friday to Monday Shearing's break at this hotel with 2 girl friends. We all had our own single rooms which were very nice. (A little dated but all were clean and tidy). All of the staff, from the manager to the chambermaid were extremely pleasant. The position of the hotel means you have the promenade directly...

Just returned today from 5 day break to Llandudno with Shearings. Stayed in room 322 which although small was more than adequate. My only fault was that there was only a shower and I would have liked the option of a bath too! The food was lovely and our waiter Vlad was very friendly and attentive. The evening entertainment consisted...

Travelling with Shearings, I spent a weekend at this hotel.Superb location on the Parade(promenade). Food good and plentiful. Waiting staff very efficient and friendly. We had upgraded to seaview (single) rooms, well worth the small extra cost. Good public rooms.

Hotel is very nice. But the food is of a very low standard. The Cumberland sausage is not a Cumberland sausage. I seen the chef touching the food with this hands in the kitchen. I told the management. but I think it fell on deaf ers

clean and comfortable hotel in need of modernisation. The food and entertainment was good and the restaurant staff were excellent and friendly. The bar service was poor due to the overwoking of the bar staff who were overloaded with other duties and were blameless .

Returned on Friday from a mid-week break at this hotel with Shearings. Our room was small but comfortable with a lovely view of the bay. NIcely appointed, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Food was very good, with plenty of variety and well presented at both breakfast and dinner. Table service in the spacious dining room was excellent, polite and efficient...
