Our room for 3 boys and 2 mums was fab, very spacious . Grandads single was a little small but had a lovely seaview. The staff were extremely helpful, especially as...

What does one want when staying in an hotel? Nice room, comfortable bed and good food, anything else is a bonus. There are plenty of bonuses to be found in this hotel. It is a lovely double-fronted building, very welcoming. I was greeted by a delightful receptionist who gave me all the information I needed and offered help with my...

Yes this hotel has a few problems.we have been to this hotel a number of times over the last seven years even before Andrea was the manager and Mr. Sheriff was the owner.there is ongoing work in progress in updating the inside and I think Mr sheriff is making good progress in this area. The sign on the reception desk reads: - 'Enter as strangers - Leave as friends'. This is definitely correct. The manager - Andrea, is a lovely and very welcoming person and all the staff are great. Vanessa, our 'domestic operator' was friendly, helpful and efficient. In fact everyone was efficient, effective and especially tolerant as I am a wheelchair user...

Stayed here on the second bank holiday weekend for the Barbershop Singers convention at venue Cymru so was ideally situated. Staff were lovely and friendly. They made the stay extra special and the bar prices were more than reasonable. The rooms are clean and most appear to have a sea view. I would choose to stay here again. The only...

Lovely clean hotel and great staff especially Andrea, Karen and Peter. Food great and entertainment good. Pity about the bathrooms in the single rooms. Very, very small, difficult to move in never the less to shower in. No where to hang towels or toiletries and could do with cleaning up. Anyone over a size 14 would find it impossible. Would...

I stayed here 2 years ago with my Mother and sister and had a fab time, so I thought I would bring my new Grandaughter for her first sea side holiday and my daughter as she needed a well earned break. Our stay was made wonderful because of the residents already on holiday as they thought my Grandaughter was the...
