We stayed for one night. The location is convenient for the town. No hotel parking but we could Park in the street no problem (90 minutes after 9am until 6pm, thereafter open). Entrance is a little hidden away. Friendly check in. Very clean and quiet room. Tea and coffee in room. And bathroom has a bath - nice treat. At check in we were asked for a time for breakfast - we were unsure and didn't give a time. Next morning at 8:15 we were told we could still have a table but only for 45 minutes. Like others, this felt a bit odd. Breakfast wasn't too special - lots of prepared food ready to get dry. Would suggest taking breakfast at The Habit - couple of minutes from hotel and freshly cooked. All in all a fair stay in a clean hotel.

Brilliant lovely clean hotel in a great location. Parking is very limited, in that u can park in the carpark for pickup and drop off only but then need to move. There is carpark available on streets if luckily or head to the train station nearby an park there. The rooms were clean and spacious and as expected with super comfortable beds. The breakfast was very filling and enjoyable. The restaurant was also great with a very good menu with something for everybody. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is good. It's walkable to most places and is also next door to a shopping centre which is handy.

Hotel facilities were as you would expect from a premier inn. Good breakfast, clean hotel and clean rooms in general. The reason for the 5 star is the staff - all of them absolutely terrific. Attentive, helpful and pleasant. Service with a smile and all of them a good laugh ! My sister has moved in to the area so we will be back again before the year is through 👌😁

A lovely, clean and brand new hotel. Location is ideal. We found parking in the nearby train station which was only £4.50 for 24 hours. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was also very impressed with the bilingual signage (Welsh /English). Da iawn chi Premier Inn 👍. My one and only gripe is that there were no decaff teabags at breakfast. Please please please Premier Inn decaff teabags are definitely needed at breakfast. A fab stay. Diolch

Amazing friendly and obliging staff. Now we all know what premier inn is about, and that is why we stay on one very regularly, however this one has a definite downmarket feel about it. The entrance is very strange, almost like a tradesmans entrance. However my reason for only scoring 2 stars, is the room.. we booked a plus room for 4 days over Easter. There was no bath, no drawers/storage ( just the usual coat hanger rail ) and there were multiple areas of damp, not just in the bathroom

Great location, really good suggestion on site to park at train station, very safe and cheap, £8 for 48hours! Lovely, spotlessly clean hotel. All staff were very helpful, lovely homely, relaxed feel. Ate there for breakfast and dinner, lovely food. Excellent for our children too, made to feel very comfortable. Thank you

Clean and tidy hotel in a great location with friendly and hard working staff and comfortable, well sized rooms. Ample and varied breakfast and a nice bar area. it's a shame there isn't on site parking but parking is available at the train station which is a five minute walk away.

We stayed here on the 29th March for the night. The staff was so welcoming. We checked in at 3pm upon getting to our We found we was one bed short (A quad family room). I went down to reception and told them, they sorted the problem straight away even tho they was busy. Breakfast was on point which you expect from a premier inn. We couldn't get packed in the train station as the machine was out of order and app would only give electric car spaces. We parked in asda for 24hr by using the just park app. Only a 5 min walk to the hotel. Hotel was in the centre of everything you want so located in a perfect location

When you think Premier Inn you often think 1 night or a quick break but we chose to spend out 7 night holiday in Llandudno at the new Llandudno Town Centre hotel, And we are so glad we did. What a really lovely place to be! The staff were a joy to talk to and funny and obviously liked working there as you could see it in their attention to detail and attitude. The rooms were spotlessly clean and although the extras you would expect from a higher class hotel were absent like a mini bar or safe or even chest of draws ! The open plan wardrobes and clean lines made the rooms feel stream lined and fresh. I have no issues with the staff room or service. The breakfast was hot and plentiful and we ate in the evening a couple of times and wished we had ate there more ! In all we had a fun filled week and will be returning as soon as we can arrange out group again . I double, 1 single and 1 accessible , 7 nights at Easter.
