We live close by and made the booking on the spur of the moment just for a quick weekend break. It was an excellent stay-the welcome was much more personal than a large hotel. The room was spotless, large and really comfortable, King sized bed was a joy and the bath in the bedroom was a touch of magic. Breakfast...

A perfect place for a relaxing break. The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Ellie and Paul are warm and friendly hosts who made us really welcome. A great breakfast with good vegetarian options. Best of all was the bath in the bay window. This is a place I can see us returning to again and again.

Well, I tell you what, it’s now our favourite hotel in Llandudno, and if we were doing the same again we wouldn’t hesitate. Location, space, quality,...

We only stayed 1 night but what a fantastic stay. Surrounding are luxurious from the moment you enter and with only 4 rooms its quiet. Bedrooms all have fantastic views. Breakfast was great and Paul and Ellie are attentive without being intrusive. I'm sure we will return.
