Two friends and myself went on a Tinsel and Turkey weekend to this hotel with a coach company. Hotel does need some updating but the food, bedrooms and the entertainment was good. Excellent location opposite the sea front. We enjoyed the break as we visited various places on one of the coach's excursions. Staff were limited so had to wait...

On a recent visit over a weekend for a golf break me and a mate discovered a way of washing ourselves that took us back to our childhood in the 70s . The shower wasn't working with water coming out slowly and boiling hot and as the temperature control was broke we couldn't turn the temperature down ! So we...

You get a nice friendly welcome. The hotel does need updating but everwhere always seemed clean. Comfy beds and beautiful white towels. Breakfast was self service, yummy bacon, sausage, toms, mushrooms scrambled egg etc: all freshly cooked. Just one small complaint, the plates were always cold. Always a choice for the evening meal - fish, meat or vegetarian. The meat...

Housekeeping are a credit to the hotel as it was very clean and lovely fresh bedding and towels. Our only gripes were the reception service as we asked four...

Looked for a twin room sea facing, clean and comfortable, that is exactly what we got. On arrival staff very friendly as were all during our stay. Room clean, the ensuite was large, eco friendly towels deserve a special mention. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo and hand wash. Tea and coffee making facilities more than adequate. Bonus was rear car park....

We had a good weekend break in Llandudno, the kinmel was a good base for us It's well situated on the sea front, and anyone who's been to Llandudno knows parking is a big problem; the kinmel has facilities to park at the rear which we we're grateful of! Family room, our girls love bunk beds so they were happy,...
