Good value for money when booked by Groupon deal. Got upgraded to sea view room which was great. Staff lovely and friendly, room very clean. Booked a parking slot which although cost a few pounds was well worth it as limited parking times in the area. Well placed for shops.

We stayed here on a Groupon deal and although the hotel could do with a major face-lift the service that we received from the staff from check in to check out was excellent. Reception staff have a wicked sense of humour and I would like to raise a pink champagne glass to toast them. The rooms were basic but clean...

Llandudno seems to catch the mild weather and is a super place to visit. On the sea-front, this hotel is old fashioned and will not suit those who want flashy fixtures and fittings. The rooms are plain but clean & warm and the food is excellent as is the overall service. The point here is that it's great value but...

We came here for a two night break, our first time in Llandudno and thought although the hotel needs updating , the staff couldn't be more welcoming. We sat in the very cosy bar area whilst waiting for our room and had the afternoon tea , but a word of advice, don't have the cheaper one as it consists of...

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, room was very small and basic, very outdated in need of refurbishment but it had what you needed and was clean if a little dusty and was very warm. Trying to get a shower at any time of day or night proved to be an issue , unless you liked lukewarm to cold...

We were given a voucher for a present for a 2 night stay and afternoon tea . After reading some reviews I was not looking forward to going. However our room was a budget one but clean bedding. old but clean bathroom. It was warm and adequate. The hotel is tired looking which is such a shame as the position...

We are here currently on a groupon deal which included a nice afternoon tea with bucks fizz. It's not bad for the price we paid, if people come here for more money then they might be in for a surprise. Our room bathroom tiny, one small lift only fits two people. Food is nice and Chris on customer service is...

We stayed here for 2 nights In February 2017, and I just have to put this forward to people who Use trip advisor to decide hotels before Booking. We arrived at the hotel to a great receptionist, who was Extremely good at his job. On entering Our room we noticed really quickly it was so dated and scruffy. The carpets...

Holiday weekend with friends, booked with Brian, who is a very pleasant gentleman, who works for the hotel. This is our third visit to the Ambassador. For the price we paid, we stayed three days two nights, the accommodation is very clean, staff friendly and welcoming. Our room over looked the back of the hotel but had a good view...
