A warm welcome as we arrived, the ladies on reception made a huge fuss of our little dog. A great vintage hotel with the most amazing views. The hotel is full of character. The twin room we had was on the small size but was fine for us. The bathroom was refurbished and spotlessly clean. The shower was great. The... More

Turning up at this hotel you would think it was faulty towers, the interior is a bit worn down, wall paper is pealing everywhere. Parking is very restricted they do have some spaces on the drive but they fill up quick. When I turned up I was created by a very nice lady who already had my booking ready and... More

In Real Estate the rule is: Location, Location, Location!! Well, in Llandudno this is the place to stay. Easily worth the cost of a stay, you will enjoy being up on the heights of the Great Orme! Before you lies all the best sights of this resort community! The Full English breakfast is tasty and very homey and is enjoyed... More

I was disappointed but it wasn't an absolute disaster. Arrived, no parking. Quite frustrating as the walk up the hill with luggage was not pleasant. Staff were pleasant and courteous. As others have said did have a faulty towers feel. We had room 41, would never stay in this room again and I suggest if your planning on staying there... More

Dog friendly, friendly staff, perfect location, good price, clean. Kind of everything you want from a hotel. Fantastic views if you stay in the sea view rooms. Bit of a uphill walk from town (but the clue is in the name). Some great old features in this Victorian hotel, and great local beer in the bar.

What a refreshing change from the same old same old anonymous modern hotels. Perfectly positioned to be above the crowds yet right at the heart of beautiful Llandudno with the tram station 2 mins and the pier 2 mins too. A friendly welcome awaited us and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were happy to assist us with... More

For the money it is very good. Dont expect luxury, but the experience is well worth it. If the Adams Family ran a hotel this would be it. Parking is a bit of a chore but walking up the hill keeps you fit and the breakfast cannot be faulted except for lack of sliced fruit such as grapefruit or mandarin... More

We stayed for one night in October half term and had a good stay. The hotel does what it says on the tin with a few unexpected extras. We stayed in room 27 which has a lovely decor and the added bonus of a terrace with a wonderful sheltered view of the bay which we were able to sit out... More

All I can say is Awful. The hotel is situated at the top of the hill which is no problem, however if you park and expect to keep your space you have no chance as parking is a nightmare. So the only option is to leave and walk to Llandudno center and restaurants . The room was awful. Supposed to... More
