We were staying for one night and had booked this accommodation to stay over as Stereophonics were playing at Venue Cymru. When we arrived we were greeted by the lovely welcoming host , who on arrival recommended us a pub for some Dinner/Tea (The Kings Head, just a 5 minute walk away from the B&B). We stayed in Room 2 and everything was perfect, no issues with anything at all. There was a lovely view out of the window and the bed was really comfy. Room was clean and the shower also worked with no issues. Breakfast was fantastic, a superb welsh breakfast was cooked for us and everything was cooked perfectly. As for parking, there are 5 parking spots on the B&B car park. The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is away from the town, but only about a 10-15 minute walk down to the front. Overall a wonderful weekend stay with no faults at all, thank you to staff at the B&B, would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Stayed here for two nights celebrating my partners birthday. We had room 1 which has great views over the town. Also a nice seating area and and a lovely super king size bed. The rooms are about to be refurbished, this should help bring them back up to tip top condition. Breakfast was excellent, the full Welsh is hearty and there is a vegetarian option should you require it. Staff were also very helpful and service was warm and considered. People have mentioned the price. It’s a bit expensive but there are some nice features and overall I wouldn’t hesitate to return, hopefully the refurb will not push prices up.

We visited Llandudno on a Saturday and stayed the night at the Escape Boutique. This proved to be a great choice - quiet and relaxing. It's a 5 min walk to the train that runs up the Great Orme (though it's closed for the winter from early Nov) though if you fancy the walk you can simply follow the train tracks. A bit steep in places but perfectly doable even if you're moderately fit. Similarly it's 5 mins walk down the hill to the shops and bars - a little further again to the Prom. I follow a plant based diet and after notifying in advance that this was the case we were able to sample a vegan breakfast on the Sunday morning with vegan sausages etc. All in all this is a great choice of accommodation particularly if you want to have close access to the Great Orme. Car parking for 6 vehicles. If it's full there's safe parking on the road outside the B&B.

We stayed for two days to watch the Cambrian Rally a 30 minute drive away. As reported by other Sam is very welcoming and friendly and gave us a good idea of what shops, restaurants and pubs where nearby. Sam helping with our bags up to our room. However, after the initial welcome Sam withdrew to his part of the house. We planned on takeaway, but on checking with Sam he informed that he did ask not to bring food in to the bedroom due to the smell. No offer was made to eat elsewhere. We were out before the 8am start of breakfast on the first day, but no offer was made to leave anything out and as the breakfast is free there is no right to ask for a refund. We can say that the breakfast on the second day was excellent and service as well. We did like the quirkiness of the building. A few things that left us a little disappointed. the size of the room the cleanliness. The bed is not a king size. The bathroom floor and carpet had not been cleaned when it was obvious to us the dirt on it the first day we arrived. On checking out Sam was busy with other guests, so we did not the issues. For those worried about 5 parking spaces on premise, free on street parking is nearby. For the price we felt the room was expensive and would there not return, unless the price had lowered

Myself and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. The service was exceptional and our room was just as good! We loved the breakfast and they even accommodated for our milk preferences! It's a gorgeous building with lots of history and only 5 min walk to the town centre where there are lots of places to eat. Our only (very small) issue would be that the remote for the tv had very old and not working batteries in and we eventually found the second remote under the bed! However, would stay again!
