We stayed at Agar House this weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t fault a thing. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a great location. Our breakfast was absolutely delicious, probably the best we’ve ever had in a B&B. The hosts Betty and Ian were so friendly and welcoming. The way they interacted with our little boy (6) was especially wonderful. He got 5 star treatment and was made to feel really special! He didn’t want to leave, and actually got tearful as we left because he has enjoyed himself so much. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Agar House!

We really had a pleasant stay in Agar house. Lovely and joyful hosts, Ian and Betty. House is absolutely fantastic, spotlessly clean, quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to town, comfortable room with a lot of extra facilities which made our stay extra special. High speed wifi, hotel feels including the bath robe 😉, 5star breakfast, specially Betty’s marmalde and Ian’s salmon&egg🌟 it’s home away from home. ❤️

Excellent, reasonably priced accommodation in a really quiet location with ample parking. Warm, friendly owners, beautiful room and lots of great ‘extra’ facilities. Super Wi-Fi, USB ports by bedside. Dimmable bedside lights. Really comfortable bed (slept like I was dead), beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. I really cannot fault anything about this property and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Short distance to to the town centre and the Great Orme. Had a fantastic stay. Thank you so much.

What a lovely place to stay!. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Ian and Betty were very friendly and welcoming and had a wicked sense of humour. The room was spotless with some very nice touches including bottled water, chocolates and biscuits and comprehensive hot drinks choice. The area was very quiet parking wasn’t a problem. The breakfast was lovely and fresh with lots to choose from including a full English which was fantastic, fresh fruit, cereals and yoghurts and Betty’s home made marmalade (delicious). The house is situated on a quiet back street, a 5 minute walk takes you to Llandudno town centre and promenade/pier. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back next year if you can put up with us!. Save my parking space!.

I had a lovely time at Agar house. I booked for four nights and arrived by train . I decided to walk from the train station but went the wrong way !! Betty kindly came to my rescue and walked out to meet me. The room was lovely and clean, nice fluffy towels, dressing gown and slippers. Breakfast was delicious and Betty and Ian went out of their way to provide soya milk. Good coffee and very tasty poached eggs. I would definitely recommend

Ian and Betty are very good proprietors. They are very friendly and welcoming and our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. The family room was a nice size, with a double and two singles, all were nice and comfy. The place was spotless, just as well as the girls decided to hide under their beds, they came out without a single speck of dust on them. Breakfast was really good, full English- excellent, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs - yummy. The location is only 0.4 mile from the promenade. We have already decided to use Agar House when we return to Llandudno.

Great location. Lovely hosts, Betty & Iain......Hi there! Good parking on the street. Very pleasant stay. Would definitely go again. One very small thing is that breakfast, which was excellent, could do with ending a little later. Especially after visiting some of the local hostelries the night before ;-)

First impressions, amazing front garden, ample street parking available. Hosts were friendly, warm and made our son feel really special on his holiday. Hotel immaculately clean. Breakfast filling with plenty of choice and would last us the day. Will recommend and return.

I took my 2 children ( 9 and 13) for a long weekend break. I honestly can't speak highly enough of Agar house and Betty & Ian. They went out of their way to make our holiday as special as they could . The room was clean and with all the items you need, the breakfast impeccable (especially the full english) and Betty always asked if my child wanted more. The property is just a small walk away from the main street and beach and their front garden is clearly well maintained with beautiful foliage. My children have basically already ensured that next time we come to Llandudno, we come here. Not that I'd want to go anywhere else anyway! Thank you for a lovely break away! Ben, Leon & Ollie
