We booked a family get together, to spend some quality time together after the last couple of years. We had such a lovely time in Trinity House, the location is good, quite a steep hill if you struggle with mobility, but the positive to this is that the views are amazing. Everything was clean , comfortable beds and the use of the kitchen and downstairs area really made it perfect for our get together. Raquel was perfect host and was on hand if we needed anything.
What a fabulous place to stay for a school trip! The owners, Raquel and Lloyd are a lovely couple who are really proud of their Hotel and did everything to make us feel welcome. We were a party of 29 pupils and 4 staff. Upon arrival they gave us a 'dos and don'ts' presentation which was very informative and helped to establish a good relationship from the outset. Rooms were very well decorated and clean and security for school group is excellent. The rooms cater for up to 4 pupils each with ensuite and they managed to separated girls from boys in each half of the building. The shared rooms, dining room and lounge were very useful spaces for group meetings and the views were stunning. We we free to come and go as we pleased and the location (only 5mins from the town and sea front) was ideal for our pupils to explore the town. Thank you for looking after us!…
We visited Trinity House in June for the first time for our annual school holiday residential with a large group of Year 6 children and staff and it certainly won’t be our last!! From the very beginning, Raquel and her team were amazing! So helpful, patient (I asked a lot of Qs) and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was spotless and is a great location! It provided the ideal base for us to be able to come and go and explore. Food was good and the children were well fed. The whole operation ran like clockwork!! We can’t wait to visit again with next years children. A safe, clean, warm and welcoming stay all round!!
Nice, pleasant experience at this house. we came as a group of 37 and had the place to ourselves. Nice spacious dining area accommodated us all with an additional few tables in adjacent seating area that was all glass so had superb views overlooking the pier and beach. Our room was nice and clean, bedding for the bunk bed wasnt provided but as soon as we asked Racquel, she sorted it out straight away. Our room had amazing views & a lovely sofa to enjoy them, kiddies thoroughly enjoyed it especially at night when the pier lit up so if your ever visiting request for Room 11!!!!! Additional bedding provided for the double bed was a little stained but we didnt make an issue of it as it was not used. Both the young & old really enjoyed the snooker table (bring lots of 50p's!) and a big TV kept the kiddies entertained during the rainy days. Kitchen was great for cooking and lots of storage space for food, only reservation was that theres 3 different areas (bit like a maze) so remembering the location of everything took abit of time!!! Parking was abit of issue as most times you had to be parked on double yellow but the time during which we stayed not a single parking attendant came. There is no outdoor playing area for kiddies but guess with the beach being a stone throw away it wasnt much of an issue. There is also a lovely garden and big green space just up the road. Some rooms did have seperate shower and toilets from sink which a few people found difficult to adjust to & hot water became an issue when we were all using it at the same time for showers in the morning. This is understandable in such a big house! But apart from that we had a splendid time in Llandudno & Racquel and Lloyd were very accommodating.…
We had a fabulous family get together at Trinity House. There are many factors that made it a great weekend, but apart from the fact the family are lovely then here’s what struck me: 1. Planning and organisation. We made our original booking many months ago. However, due to COVID-19 regulations we had to change the dates at least twice. Yvonne, the manager at Trinity House, was so helpful in helping us navigate these changing times and we are very grateful to her. 2. Location. Trinity House has perhaps the best location in Llandudno, perched high above the western end of the main bay. The views from the communal rooms and many of the bedrooms were simply sensational. Also it was but a short walk down to the town (albeit uphill on the way back). 3. Lovely team. Yvonne and Raquel were so welcoming and friendly. Their warmth was noted by all and they really helped us have a happy and relaxing break together. 4. Facilities. All rooms are en-suite and this was much appreciated. 5. Dog friendliness. We had 4 dogs to accompany our 31 humans. Trinity House is very dog friendly and many places in town are. Shout outs for the lovely cafe, Providero, and for swimming with the dogs in summer over at West Beach, a short walk away. 6. More facilities. We enjoyed the communal areas on the ground floor of the house. It was great that there was both space enough for us all to gather for games but also a quieter lounge area if anyone needed a break from the crowds. There was also copious fridge space for beer, wine and soft drinks. 7. Food. Yvonne and Raquel arranged a continental breakfast both days and also a lovely buffet for us on the second night. The food was excellent and they skilfully accommodated the allergy and dietary requirements that exist in large groups. As we were a big group travelling from far and wide across the UK and Eire we arrived in several cars. Parking isn’t always easy in Llandudno but we all seemed to manage to find spaces within walking distance and were able to pull up right outside to unload and reload. We all had a wonderful time and would recommend Trinity House to other groups without hesitation.…
We stayed at Trinity House for 2 nights and it was the best holiday we had as a family. We were a group of 22 people including chn and all of us enjoyed every minute we were there. Raquel, Lloyd and Yvonne went the extra mile from before we even stayed. Yvonne handled all the questions, bookings and the changes we made to our booking ( which was quite alot). Lloyd was lovely and allowed us to check in at 12 as they were ready for us and Raquel looked after us during the 3 days we were there. The hotel itself was great with so many facilities! We had the entire building to ourselves with access to a lounge, TV, dining area, kitchen, fridge freezers, kettle etc all day. The bedrooms were fantastic as well with comfortable, clean beds, en suites and the seaview rooms had amazing views of the sea and the beach. I would highly recommend this place , especially if you are a large group like us as it is one of the cheapest places to stay with so much to offer. It is also walking distance to all the sites such as The Great One trams, the ski resort, cable cars, beaches etc.…
We stayed at Trinity House for 2 nights with our family of 14. When we arrived Yvonne was outside ready to welcome us. She showed us around and told us which rooms we’d be staying in. The rooms were very clean and we were provided with a hairdryer and shower gel/shampoo. The sea-view was stunning. Waking up to the sound of seagulls and waves was beautiful. Yvonne went through the rules of the house and then we were left to it. We were given a fridge and freezer to store our food and drinks in. We also had access to microwaves and kettles. We met Raquel the next morning at breakfast. Breakfast was lovely too. A choice of croissants, toast, cereals, fruit & spreads. We watched the beautiful view in the conservatory each morning as we had breakfast. The children loved the pool table and adults enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night, watching the view. Each time we saw Raquel, Lloyd or Yvonne, they stopped to ask us what we were doing today. They were always around for us when we needed them. We visited two beaches, had a bbq, watched the sunset, drove up the mountains, took the tram up the Orne, went on a boat ride & visited the bronze age mines. Thankyou for everything! We have recommended you to so many people already and can’t wait to come back next year for longer than we stayed this time!…
A group of friends stayed here for a weekend and had a fabulous time. The choice of rooms is fantastic and the location is amazing. Beautiful views from the rooms of the town and coast was a real treat. Racquel, Yvonne and Lloyd made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough to help. Hands down if you're looking for a stay in Llandudno with a big group this is the place to be. Snowdonia is only an hours drive away and you have views of the mountains as well as the sea.
Us sisters love going together on holiday as a group with families and children love being together so we booked here for two nights. Raquel and Lloyd were very professional and welcoming. The rooms were clean and we all requested sea view which luckily were given because due to covid we were the only group of 21 staying for the two nights. Breakfast was provided and food was easily available as the shops were near. The highlight for us was the amazing views which we loved sitting together in the evening and enjoying with a cup of tea. The location is amazing as it was a five minute walk around the corner to the most beautiful scenery and we were able to watch the sunrise. Definitely booking here again as a group because there is so much to do in Llandudno. Raquel suggested some locations which were amazing such as the farm, the drive up to the Great Orme, little Orme. Overall i think we all felt as if we were abroad without flying and Trinity House gave us an amazing feel with the views of the sea front and twinkling lights of the centre. If you like beautiful scenery whilst sitting inside relaxing then this definitely is a place to stay in Llandudno.…
We were a group of friends visiting Llandudno during the second Bank holiday of May. We couldn't find any accommodation available and we were very lucky to find the Trinity House! Raquel and her husband were not only very professional and welcoming but also they went and extra-mile trying to make us feel at home. They both know a lot about the area and do routes and activities. We did not do any route with them but I am sure we will next time. A huge house for small or big groups. The rooms were very clean with super comfortable beds. A large living room with billiard and sofas to cach up, talk, or play games. Incredible views in front of the sea. In summary, it was an unforgettable stay and I recommend it to everyone!!
