Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The best Guest House I've ever stayed at. Way exceeded my expectations. Everything was top notch. Fantastic breakfast, with a large selection of fresh chopped fruits, juices, cereals, and a brilliant Full English breakfast with a choice of toasts, a good variety of spreads, tea or coffee. Janet and Helen were so cheerful, nothing seemed too much trouble. The bedroom was very well equipped, with TV, Fridge, Safe, Wardrobe with proper hangers. The room was warm, the bed and pillows were very comfy. A guest lounge, a lovely wooden carving in the foyer and even a chaise lounge in the upper hallway. Fantastic - highly recommend.

Was booked in for one night but extended my booking to two, and very glad I did! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location was good - central enough to be convenient for everything, but tucked away enough to be quiet. And the welcome was warm and friendly - was made to feel very at home. Highly recommended!

Just back from our second stay here, and will definitely be coming back again. Beds and pillows are so comfy, excellent location and lovely warm welcome. Janet certainly knows how to cook and lay on breakfast (chef's kiss).

After years of working and staying in Llandudno I found the Karden. I don't know how I missed it. It's easy to park in the street with no restrictions, very reasonably priced, spotlessly clean and all with a wonderful breakfast included.

We had a Fantastic stay in this B and B Janet the host is great. A warm welcome. Very informative. The room was spacious. Had all we needed. Breakfast in the morning was great. I did notice gluten free options were available if that helps anyone. Located only a short walk from the beach. Anyone who likes a cheap pint in Wetherspoons. The palladium is 8 minute walk. Loved our stay. We will visit again in the future.

I've visited Karden House again with some ex work colleagues who I haven't seen for a while. It was my friends first time there. We were welcomed by Janet (Landlady) and she is such a lovely host. My friends commented on what a nice place it is and were impressed by how clean everything is. You always have a good choice of what you would like to eat at breakfast. If you like a full English then I can recommend that. The sausage and bacon is supplied by local butchers and they taste delicious. My friends and I are looking to go back next year. Can't wait

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in June 2022 and found both the owner and the property delightful. The location is excellent, the breakfasts were excellent, the room was spotless and the bathroom likewise.
