Property's Favourite Review
Stayed at the Rosedene guest house for 3 nights for our Anniversary and as a very fussy person I can honestly say it's the nicest we have stayed in, on entering the guest house there is a lovely aroma, the rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable, Andrea and Mark are a lovely couple that go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, there is also a communal room which you can sit in and they have even provided fresh water, milk, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses etc so you can make a drink and take your own food in if you wish which is a lovely bonus and very unusual, at the front of the property is a lovely little garden with tables and chairs and has the sun directly on it, we sat there for an hour or so with a beer each day before getting ready for the evening, it was lovely and peaceful, we even got a parking space right outside the door which was great, the property is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops and about 5 minutes to the pier, also a very short walk to the great orme, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone, you won't be disappointed.
Thank you Andrea and Mark for a lovely stay.

Dear Karen, Thank you so much for your amazing review and for choosing The Rosedene to celebrate your anniversary! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that your stay was such a positive experience, especially given how much care we put into making our guest house a welcoming and comfortable place. It’s lovely to know that the room decor, cleanliness, and little touches like the communal space and the garden made your time here extra special. We’re also delighted that our location worked so well for you and that you enjoyed relaxing in the sunny front garden with a drink—it's one of our favorite spots too! It’s fantastic that you found a parking space right outside and could easily walk to the bars, restaurants, shops, and local attractions like the Great Orme and the pier. We’re very grateful for your kind recommendation and your thoughtful feedback. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we look forward to welcoming you back to The Rosedene for another memorable stay in the future! Warmest regards, Andrea & Mark The Rosedene – Llandudno

Just returned home from a three night stay in the Rosedene and can’t rate this guest house highly enough. Andrea and Mark were so welcoming from the off and couldn’t do enough for us!
We arrived early before check in and were able to leave our cases safely. My son and his Dad then went on the speed boat and got completely soaked and Andrea allowed them to use a spare room to get changed and provided a fresh towel to get themselves dried off. Andrea then later took said wet clothes and dried them using their own tumble dryer - honestly above and beyond!!
We were shown to our room (11) which was absolutely immaculate. There was water, tea, coffee, biscuits and cereal bars provided which were replaced daily. The smart TV was most definitely a hit with our 6 year old!
We are so looking forward to returning again soon and we thank Andrea and Mark again for their warm hospitality in their beautiful home.

It was my lucky day when I found the listing for the Rosedene. Such a lovely guesthouse with the friendliest and most helpful hosts! Andrea went out of her way to help me when I'd made a foolish error, and I was so grateful for her kindness! My room on the ground floor was very comfortable, and I made ample use of the lounge area, getting to know other guests and the resident dog and cat! The location is very convenient for area restaurants, and the Pier, Promenade, and tram for the Great Orme are only a short walk away. You can't go wrong booking this accommodation!

Our stay was so relaxing, this is accommodation only, no breakfast, but that does not matter as there are an abundance of places for breakfast close by. The new owners Andrea and Mark were extremely helpful in finding us places to eat in the evening. There was complementary tea and coffee downstairs and we were told we could even eat our own food in the front room and they would clear our plates. The location could not be better as it is a stones throw from the promenade and pier, also walk out of the guesthouse turn right and head up the Great Orm for the day.

We booked 3 nights in a double room.
Confirmation was instant, checked in online, great customer service.
In the centre of Llandudno, yet quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Rosedene is light and airy; everywhere is spotless, with lovely decor and it even smells amazing.
Room 7 was a lovely modern room with ensuite bathroom, tea, coffee, biscuits – large TV, wifi, everything you could want (including a fan).
The icing on the cake is that Rosedene is licensed, with drinks available at reasonable prices. - A lovely way to end the day, a quiet drink, sitting outside in the sun; in the lounge or in your room.
Thank you Andrea and Mark for a wonderful stay. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back. What a wonderful place to stay.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional, Andrea and Mark were the perfect hosts during our Wales trip. They were so welcoming and instantly made us feel like we were home. This is accommodation only so does not include breakfast but there are plenty of choices for breakfast nearby. We agreed that we had the best night's sleep that we have ever had whilst on holiday and that was down to the super comfy bed which was the perfect ratio of bed and pillow height for us. They have a communal dining room where you can eat your own food and would get cleared away. Our room had a smart TV, free wifi, ensuite, bottled water and snacks which was restocked daily, which we really appreciated! Overall, can't recommend this hotel enough and it's in a great location! Will be definitely staying here again when we are next in Wales.

Had a lovely few days staying at the Rosedene. The new owners Andrea and Mark were so welcoming and attentive. Perfect spot for a walk into town or catching the tram to the Orme. Breakfast isn’t included but this suited us. Weatherspoons is literally round the corner where you can get breakfast for £4.99. By the end of our stay Andrea and Mark felt like friends and we will definitely be back for our next trip to Llandudno.

Fantastic guesthouse run by the lovely Mark and Andrea. Stayed here for 2 nights, the double room was nice and clean and well appointed with a large TV with Netflix etc. They also have a communal room downstairs with TV and a free to use Nespresso machine, this is ideal if you want to order a takeaway.
The couple who run this place couldn't be more helpful even supplying us with a bowl of ice cubes one sweltering night when the supermarkets had run out. All in all a fantastic stay and we are looking to stay again very soon
