Mark and Andrea welcome you to their luxurious 4 star (Visit Wales) 1890's Victorian Guest House. Providing room-only guest accommodation, here in beautiful North Wales. The Rosedene is one of the few Guest Houses in Llandudno to be completely refurbished to a high standard, providing you with Quality, Class and Comfort at affordable prices. You are guaranteed great hospitality, with all the comforts of home, here in Llandudno.
We are situated on the quiet tree-lined Arvon Avenue, with no parking restrictions, ideally placed a short level stroll away from numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. Llandudno Pier is approximately 200 meters away, as is the north shore beach. West shore beach is also easily accessed on foot. The Venue Cymru Theatre is a 10-minute walk away.
The Rosedene offers 10 individually designed en-suite rooms, one being on the ground floor. All rooms offer fully adjustable central heating and double glazing throughout giving you maximum comfort all year round. Tea & coffee facilities are available in all rooms, along with complimentary snacks and treats.
A large flat-screen TV, hairdryer, fan and free glass fibre Wi-fi are standard in all rooms. All rooms are fully en-suite and are currently let on a room-only basis.

Right from check in I knew this would be a lovely place to stay. The rooms were spacious and service was exceptional. Only issue I had was that I had to leave after my break. Would highly recommend and will return again for my birthday. Thank you team for your great service

Our recent stay at the Rosedene Guest House in Llandudno was an absolute joy, tailored perfectly for our adventurous getaway. Mark and Andrea, the super hosts, made sure every moment was memorable. From the outset, Rosedene's welcoming atmosphere won us over. We opted for the most economical room, which exceeded our expectations, surpassing any other place we've tried in Llandudno. Mark and Andrea's warm hospitality was a highlight of our stay. They treated us like old friends, offering fantastic dining and activity suggestions. Our mornings often began at nearby charming eateries, like our first breakfast at Kava, just a short stroll around the corner. The guest house's ideal location, around 150 yards away from the Great Orme, made our exploration of the area effortless. Scaling the Great Orme and embarking on our Snowdon climb were thrilling experiences, complemented by the convenience of our accommodation. We also ventured into paddle boarding on the West Shore and enjoyed a thrilling Rib ride on the Menai Straits. Rosedene's central location made it easy to access these exciting activities. On one memorable evening, upon our return, we found a heart warming surprise, a Toblerone and a handwritten Rosedene card—waiting on our bed. It was a sweet and personal touch that added to the overall delight of our stay. In summary, Rosedene Guest House is the perfect choice for an adventurous getaway in Llandudno, whether you're scaling mountains, exploring the coastline, or seeking thrilling experiences. Our stay here was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived. To our delight, we received a warm welcome with a complimentary drink, setting the tone for our visit. What set this place apart was the unique concept of allowing us to use the dining room and all the cutlery to create our own breakfast, a rarity we've never encountered elsewhere. It brought back fond memories of our trip to France last year. In addition, we had the pleasure of enjoying some fantastic dinners outside on the patio, basking in the sun and engaging in wonderful conversations with the owners. This establishment offers a one-of-a-kind experience that combines culinary freedom with delightful outdoor dining. We can't wait to return for more and are planning our next visit already!

Andrea and Mark were great hosts! They were very friendly and helpful. I felt like nothing was too much trouble to them. The room was nice and modern. The guest house is down a nice quiet street, but a very short walk away from Llandudno Pier, the beach, and it's near all amenities, like great shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope to return again on my next stay to Llandudno!

Great "B" (the "B" stands for "Bed"). No breakfast at certain times of the year, but with so many options around the corner, notably The Loaf, this doesn't matter, especially since The Rosedene offers comfortable rooms in a fantastic location at a very competitive price. The proprietors, Mark and Andrea are lovely, and we returned a few weeks later. Cannot fault Rosedene- clean, friendly, literally a hundred yards from the pier. Parking in Llandudno is easy and usually free. A great base for exploring North Wales, and we'd go back (again) in a heartbeat.

Hotel was immaculate. Greeted on arrival by the owner who was wonderful , Andrea can't do enough for you . We had a family room for three adults which was spacious. Lovely touches in the room, water is provided on arrival and biscuits and breakfast bars in room. Hotel is close to thr seafront and pier and is situated in a quiet side street so no noise in the evening. Would highly recommend a visit

Andrea & Mark were as ever so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. Their recommendations for where to eat for breakfast and evening meals were impeccable. The whole of the guesthouse is decorated so modern and tastefully you would think you were in a 5* hotel. Our room was immaculate on arrival, apart from the tea and coffee little things like biscuits make the stay a whole more enjoyable experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending this guesthouse to anyone.

What an absolute gem of a find, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with lovely little touches. Andrea and Mark so welcoming, perfect hosts, such a great couple.
