What a fantastic room we had in a great location. Never slept better in a hotel. Excellent staff, good breakfast - can't fault a thing and highly recommend going for the ever so slightly more expensive room, which is still an extremely reasonable price. Would love to return.

came here for two nights this month with 3 lads,it is in an amazing location with regards to being close to the pier, to some local pubs and only 34 minutes walk to the summit of the great orme (nice to see as you just walk round the cable cars).
There is a few restaurants nearby , an amusement ,the promenade.
The rooms were in nice condition, the staff were friendly and following restrictions with a lovely breakfast, loads of choice and staff more than happy to bring extra items.
I would gladly stay here again and the prices were reasonable and the great orme also has some lovely wild rabbits and a crazy golf course on it and is good for a walk.
There was some free parking available but also managed to park half a mile away down the same street away from the promenade

I only stayed for one night with my daughter arriving around 6pm. Lovely welcome from the owner helping us out to get in the car park. The hotel was spotless, our room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. We headed for the prom which is literally right outside the front door. Shops and restaurants all very very close so we had no issues getting food and picking up a few shopping bits.
Daughter loved the arcade and came away with prizes so that was a winner. Breakfast in the morning was all freshly cooked and we really enjoyed it , again the dining area was spotless and a lovely area to sit in.

The hotel itself was OK but nothing special, good location and close to everything that we wanted however we were expecting a little bit more as it is advertised as 4 star luxury accommodation on the website but this was no big deal it was what it was and we are not the type of people to complain however on this occasion due to the way we were treated at this hotel I am writing this review as unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the owner and her attitude towards us.
First thing in the morning at around 6.30am we decided nip out to the shop however upon returning we realised that we had left our key In our room and locked ourselves out of the hotel, as it was early we waited outside for half an hour until it had gone 7.00am before ringing the bell to get us back into the hotel as we didn’t want to wake anyone up. We called the bell at around 7.05am and waited but nobody came so just thought we will wait a bit longer which was fine, it was our silly mistake for leaving our keys in our room. About 5 minutes later the door swung open and we were faced with a very angry owner stood in her pyjamas, who said “why are you waking us up at this time for” not even a hello. I immediately apologised for waking her up and explained the situation to her, as she turned around to go and get us a spare key she said “for f**k sake" and stomped off. Me and my husband were very shocked by this and felt really uncomfortable stood in the reception waiting for the lady to get us our keys. She returned after about a minute with the spare key and we apologise once again then she said “as if I don’t get enough sleep” and then walked off. We went back up to our room to get ready for the day and then went down for breakfast at 8 and handed the spare key back to the lady who at this stage could have apologised for the way she treated us but didn’t, no apology at all. I can understand her being annoyed because she had been woken up however to react the way she did and treat paying customers like that is out of order. We were made to feel like naughty children in a hotel that we had paid good money to stay at. To be honest we would have thought that in a hotel where breakfast is served from 8am that the owner would have been up and awake by then to start preparing for breakfast. I am absolutely appalled by the ladies attitude and foul mouthed behaviour that we unfortunately had to experience. I find it very rude & I wouldn’t even answer my own front to door to a stranger in that way let alone paying guest at a hotel.
We would definitely not return to this hotel again after this awful incident!

I will just make my response quick for people who have read this review. You went out for a smoke, having checked the CCTV ( there are no shops open at that time of the morning) the door shut behind you then 10mins later you realised you didn't have your key so persistently rang the bell, which is what I woke up to. With ringing in my ears and still very much asleep I went up to open the door. I heard no apology but was told that the wrong keys had been picked up. I was in my pyjamas as were both of you, if I had got dressed you would have been waiting longer on the door step to be let in. No you weren't greeted with a smile as previously mentioned I was still asleep and not yet with it, unbeknown to you I had been woken up in the night, 2am, by persistent ringing of the bell by someone wanting a room for the night. I actually thought it could be them returning. We don't get up hours before breakfast service as we cook mostly to order and don't leave the hot food sat in the oven for hours like some places. Also with it being a Sunday morning I knew there wouldn't be a mad rush at 8am for breakfast. Just to finish I didn't swear at you, I usually save that for my hubby!!! While I am sorry you didn't enjoy your break the whole episode was of your own making.

Booked here for 4 of us, both rooms were spacious, clean, and well furnished, you do have a view of the pier and the orme,. The hotel is very well located for everything. They do have a small car park and Paul accomadated both our cars, with a parking permit. (Car parking is a premium in Llandudno)
Breakfast was very good, with a nice choice, proper fresh fruit available and the cooked breakfast was very good. All the staff we met were very efficient, polite and amiable and happy to help with any questions on where or what to do and eat. Will certainly use again when we next visit Llandudno.

My relatives and I spent 2 nights here and we cannot fault the accommodation and staff. The hotel throughout is spotless and airy, the breakfast offers a great selection and is all cooked beautifully. The location is perfect also as is so central. We will definitely visit again next year as it's worth every penny.

Stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel is warm and welcoming. Our room 14 on the 3rd floor had fantastic views of the front. Room was lovely and spacious, extremely clean and all the usual facilities. Hosts were very attentive and welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend and would book and stay again when visiting.

Pretty average hotel, both good and bad. The rooms here are roomy and clean and what you’d expect. the hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Llandudno. The breakfast was okay, served quickly and a good selection, the ingredients are of a decent quality.
A few negatives, the parking at the rear of the property is extremely tight, if you have anything bigger than a Golf sized car you’re not going to fit it in and will have to find parking elsewhere.
Our room got oppressively hot due to the warm nights, consequently we had to have the windows fully open this meant that we were constantly awakened by the many nighttime revellers at different points in the small hours (that said the hotel cannot be blamed for this, but you may wish to consider somewhere further out)
As previously mentioned the TV’s in the room are tiny and far too small for the size of room we had.
The real bug bear for me was the awful wifi, this is so slow it’s unusable, this was the case for all our stay. If you’re planning to use the wifi you really need to find another hotel, this is particularly frustrating as when Llandudno is busy you cannot really use 4G either. I don’t expect to be able to stream 4k but when I can’t even browse or check emails much of the time this isn’t acceptable.
A plus point is there is a large lounge which we enjoyed sitting in for a short time. The views from the front of this hotel are pretty impressive too, you can see the front and the pier.
Overall this was a pretty average stay, not bad but more run of the mill than outstanding. I wouldn’t have a major problem staying here again if it were cooler so I could close the windows, but this certainly wouldn’t be my first choice.

No really sure how to respond to this review as its bit contradictory. Don't know who you are or which room you were in or when you stayed. We've never had a problem with the wifi before but the town as a whole isn't great at peak times. It is usually the phone signal guests have a problem with and not the wifi. In regard TV size all are over 32 inches but most over 40 inches which we find the right size for the room, but we could just throw them all away and replace them for bigger ones which is not something we really want to!!!! I'm guessing we won't see you again shame you had to be anonymous and you couldn't let us know who you were. Jo

I have just returned form a 2 night stay and was very happy with it. Perfectly positioned just a short walk from the pier, and the town centre, the hotel is small but clean and tidy. The hosts were pleasant and check in/out was quick and easy. My room was small but had everything you need. The bathroom was clean, with a good shower and complimentary toiletries. There was a rail with hangers, for your clothes and a small desk, as well as a comfy bed. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. Cereals, yoghurts, pastries were available, as well as a full cooked breakfast, or scrambled/poached eggs on toast, or kippers. At less than £100 for 2 nights, I thought the value was good and would certainly consider this place when I return to Llandudno.
