We ate here as a party of four yesterday evening from their three course menu. It offered a good selection (see photo of the menu) and everything we had was first rate. The Included wine was okay too.

Very good hygiene controls are visibly in place and the staff were efficient in serving us and the many other tables quite quickly.

Best to book a table in advance.

Visited here after a long period without eating there and great to find that the standards were still extremely high. Delightful decor, comfy seating in front of warm welcoming fires as we peruses the huge menu with a cool drink. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The dining area had retained its beautiful decor and relaxed atmosphere.
All our food was fresh, tasty and well presented in generous portions. Our waiter Steve was an absolute star who was able to offer us all the details of the various dishes and his enthusiasm was a major plus for the business. The only downside was that there was no room for dessert!

We have stayed here three times now and the Suite is very well appointed with a large bathroom attached. The continental breakfast in your room is ideal, served at a time you chose and more than enough to see you through the morning. Fresh baked bread as the toast apart from Sunday and Monday when they don't bake!
Excellent staff all round.
The seagulls are a noisy problem but they cannot help that.

This is our first time staying at The Osborne and it’s the first weekend it has been open since lockdown.
Lovely hotel with super friendly staff.
The suit at the top of the house had amazing views and the comfiest bed ever.
As with any old building it eccentric plumbing but all part of the charm .
We ate in the restaurant and although only having a limited menu was once again FABULOUS!
We never bothered having breakfast at the sister hotel as the one served in the suit is so delicious and relaxing.
Thank you for a brilliant stay

We stayed 2 nights in August, a week after the hotel had re-opened. The suite lived up to our high expectations as we have stayed here before : spacious, quirky and & comfy with a continental breakfast served in our room each morning. We dined in the Osborne restaurant on each night of our stay and both the food and service were first class. The hotel has continued to give excellent value for money. A big thank-you to all the staff who were diligent in coping with the Covid secure requirements,

Keep on coming back - which I think says it all !
Stayed in our favourite 1st floor room again - we could live in it. A beautiful room and an outstanding view from the window across the bay( my favourite view) .
The staff are amazing- lovely greeting by Peter and then wonderful to see the other staff who are all friendly , professional and all prepared to go that extra mile.
We had breakfast each morning ,in our room ,sitting looking at my favourite view and ate in the restaurant each night . The food was excellent and the meal excellent value.
Can’t wait to go back in a few months.
Thank you.

We visit the Llandudno/Conwy area at least three times a year to see family and friends and always stay over for a couple of nights. Up until discovering Osborne House we have stayed in different hotels, but our last three visits have been at Osborne, and as long as the current high standards are maintained I can't see us staying anywhere else for the foreseeable future.
We just love the decor which creates a fantastic Victorian feel to the whole hotel. Might not suit those who like the minimalistic black and white look, but it certainly suits us. It might be a small hotel but it has huge airy rooms.
We tend to take our breakfast at it's sister hotel, but you can choose to have breakfast delivered to your room if you prefer. We have an early evening drink at the bar (or bar lounge area), dine in the excellent restaurant (A1 food, service and ambience) and occasionally pop over to The Empire for a last drink. You also have access to other facilities at The Empire too. Wonderful!
We've never been without a car parking space either, and all regulars to Llandudno know how difficult these can be to find, especially at peak periods.
Covid precautions are in place at both hotels and strictly enforced.
A credit to the owners !

We stayed in a twin bedded suite on the second floor, with great views of the sea and the promenade.
The room was very spacious, with large sitting and sleeping areas in delightful Victorian style. We didn't mind the 2 floor walk up given how much we liked the room. Breakfast, which was good but unremarkable, is in he neighboring Empire Hotel, a 5 minute walk away.
the restaurant at the Osborne House itself was excellent, and very reasonably priced.
Overall, a wonderful experience.

We stayed over Easter weekend when the weather was warm and sunny and, from our front window, had fabulous views down the promenade and across to the pier. It was lovely to just sit and people watch and hear children enjoying Punch and Judy just across from Osborne House. ..a real seaside atmosphere. The staff were all lovely - special shout out to Peter and to Barbara (think that was the name of the Polish waitress) who were really helpful, as were all the staff. The suite was beautiful. The decor is lovely and everything was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed evening meals in the hotel and then strolling up to The Empire for breakfast (you can choose to have a continental breakfast in your room or go to The Empire for breakfast, which is just a 5 minute walk away). Quality of all the meals was excellent. On site free parking in the garage at the rear is a real plus. Excellent value for a quality break and we plan to return very soon. Thank you!

A wonderful hotel experience from the moment you check in you know how special this hotel is. The staff are professional and friendly and the rooms spotless even with all the chandeliers. We had dinner both nights which were fantastic and beautifully presented. A leisurely breakfast served in our room at a time of our choosing felt very relaxed and we again, really felt spoilt.
Thank you to all the staff for continuing to make this hotel the "gem" it is .We will certainly be back.
