WOW! This was the first time we had stayed at Osborne House, but it won't be the last. A beautiful building, oozing tasteful opulence everywhere, Osborne House is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. But, it is not just the quality of the building and décor, Osborne House has staff that any hotel would bite your arm... More

So I thought that I knew a thing or two about hotels, their decor, atmosphere, how to welcome guests, the service etc. Well, the Osborne blew my mind with its furnishings in the restaurant - the pictures, statues, columns, mirrors, flooring, decor were truly magnificent and so pleasingly surprising for a building in this location. This was just the start,... More

A very big THANK YOU for a lovely weekend. This hotel has very nice suites, really big and nicely presented, the dining area is lovely too, food is good and not overly expensive. Situated at the end of the prom and opposite the pier. It has car parking at the rear of the hotel this is a plus as there... More

We usually stay at the sister hotel but it was full so we tried here! Wow! So glad we did. We stayed in 102 king suite on 1st floor. It was huge! Our own sea view, breakfast in the room each day and a cosy fire at night. The food in the restaurant was brilliant too. We did think we... More

We spent a week in a first floor suite on our honeymoon. What an amazing place! stunning rooms and restaurant, and the entire hotel makes you feel like you have stepped back in time. Our suite was huge, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I loved the victorian bath so much I just had to... More

My husband and I came here for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful and the suites are even better. Had an amazing weekend and are looking forward to going back soon. With regards to breakfast, rather than go to the sister hotel, have the continental in your room overlooking the sea, admiring the gorgeous view....well worth... More

We visited Osborne House over the August Bank Holiday. It is a fine example of a Victorian/Edwardian wealthy merchants home that has been lovingly and imaginatively revitalised to provide a fabulous dining experience. The house is on the Parade that faces the Promenade and sea just opposite the historic pier area. Entering the hallway of this modest fronted villa you... More

Excellent position overlooking seafront and promenade. Part of the Empire Hotel so full Welsh breakfast is taken there, just a quick walk round the corner. We had room 105 on top floor so plenty of stairs (no lift). Very large room with sitting area, en-suite with bath & shower and separate WC. All facilities and staff could not have been... More

As local people you have to have favourite restaurant you can reply on. We have never been disappointed at the Osbourne house, the food choice is perfect and cooked and presented perfectly. The fish dishes are very good and the wine list always has affordable selection. We love the place and will be back again shortly. It is also a... More
