Very good hygiene controls are visibly in place and the staff were efficient in serving us and the many other tables quite quickly.
Best to book a table in advance.

All our food was fresh, tasty and well presented in generous portions. Our waiter Steve was an absolute star who was able to offer us all the details of the various dishes and his enthusiasm was a major plus for the business. The only downside was that there was no room for dessert!
Excellent staff all round.
The seagulls are a noisy problem but they cannot help that.
Lovely hotel with super friendly staff.
The suit at the top of the house had amazing views and the comfiest bed ever.
As with any old building it eccentric plumbing but all part of the charm .
We ate in the restaurant and although only having a limited menu was once again FABULOUS!
We never bothered having breakfast at the sister hotel as the one served in the suit is so delicious and relaxing.
Thank you for a brilliant stay
Stayed in our favourite 1st floor room again - we could live in it. A beautiful room and an outstanding view from the window across the bay( my favourite view) .
The staff are amazing- lovely greeting by Peter and then wonderful to see the other staff who are all friendly , professional and all prepared to go that extra mile.
We had breakfast each morning ,in our room ,sitting looking at my favourite view and ate in the restaurant each night . The food was excellent and the meal excellent value.
Can’t wait to go back in a few months.
Thank you.
We just love the decor which creates a fantastic Victorian feel to the whole hotel. Might not suit those who like the minimalistic black and white look, but it certainly suits us. It might be a small hotel but it has huge airy rooms.
We tend to take our breakfast at it's sister hotel, but you can choose to have breakfast delivered to your room if you prefer. We have an early evening drink at the bar (or bar lounge area), dine in the excellent restaurant (A1 food, service and ambience) and occasionally pop over to The Empire for a last drink. You also have access to other facilities at The Empire too. Wonderful!
We've never been without a car parking space either, and all regulars to Llandudno know how difficult these can be to find, especially at peak periods.
Covid precautions are in place at both hotels and strictly enforced.
A credit to the owners !
The room was very spacious, with large sitting and sleeping areas in delightful Victorian style. We didn't mind the 2 floor walk up given how much we liked the room. Breakfast, which was good but unremarkable, is in he neighboring Empire Hotel, a 5 minute walk away.
the restaurant at the Osborne House itself was excellent, and very reasonably priced.
Overall, a wonderful experience.
Thank you to all the staff for continuing to make this hotel the "gem" it is .We will certainly be back.
