Bay Court offers comfortable, traditional accommodation in the heart of Llandudno, in the charming setting of a Victorian guest-house. We are located on the North Promenade, opposite the pier entrance, with views of Llandudno's famous bay from our lounge and sea-view rooms. We have no steps into the building and have two ground-floor rooms, making us an ideal choice for guests who prefer not to use stairs. All our rooms are en-suite and equipped with hospitality trays and digital TV & DVD players. Our traditional style is reflected in the care we take to provide guests with an excellent choice of home-made breakfasts using locally sourced fresh produce where available, that includes bread baked in-house every morning. We are also happy to serve guests with afternoon tea or coffee in the comfort of our lounge, or recently renovated garden; an ideal place to enjoy the scenery that makes Llandudno a much loved location.

Arrived at bay court, Julia and Paul had managed to keep us a parking spot outside, we stayed in room 7, large room so clean and fresh bathroom was huge with a separate walk in shower and a bath. Breakfast was included and the quality of the produce used was really high, enjoyed breakfast on both mornings. Juice was always available from the small fridge which was really nice. Paul was made for the hospitality industry nothing was too much trouble and was always around and on hand to make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you both, quite possibly the nicest b&b we have ever stayed in! We will be back!

Just returned from my second visit. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - especially as a solo female traveller. ( For anyone else that travels alone, it’s lovely to be remembered when you go back) Great location, feels so safe and Paul is always on site to help with any queries. The rooms are warm and comfortable, breakfast is good and the shower was great! I am already planning my third visit 😁

Situated opposite the pier in Llandudno on the seafront. A very warm welcome from Paul and although parking might be a problem Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable about where to park for free near the hotel.
The hotel has recently been updated by the new owners and the whole place is light and airy with calming white and grey decor. Both the rooms the family had had sea views at the front of the hotel and although the rooms were at the front of the hotel there was very little noise and it was very peaceful.
Rooms were large and comfortable
Bathrooms quite small and showers not very powerful but a minor issue overall.
Breakfast served buffet style in the lovely bright and fresh breakfast room but quality , choice and quantity fabulous .
Julia and Paul very friendly and helpful and we would certainly highly recommend a stay here.
We will be rebooking soon

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights and it was one of the loveliest experiences!

We got in an hour earlier than we had originally booked but the hosts were more than happy to check us in early, told us how to get in and how the lock worked and the phone number if you need them for anything before offering us sweets and telling us to enjoy our stay.

The room was clean, a decent size and the bathroom was wonderful; shower had amazing pressure and the bath stayed warm for ages.

The bed was so comfy that we actually ended up having a nap on the second day for two hours when we were supposed to be sightseeing!

Breakfast was lovely as well, with regular top ups on bacon and sausages so there wasn't even a chance to wait for anything.

On the last day they were even happy to let us leave our bags in the room so that we could travel up the great orne and come back for our train booked for the afternoon.

Would definitely stay again, amazing value for money and incredibly comfortable stay.

This B&B is perfect in every way. The hosts Paul & Julia go out of their way to help and advise you.
Our twin room was lovely with a beautiful view of the promenade and pier area. The position of the b&b is ideal - it’s on the flat and a short walk from the tram station (to go up great Orme) , the hop on hop off bus is immediately opposite and all the shops and restaurants are just around the corner.
Breakfast is buffet style with everything you could possibly want , fruit, yoghurts, cereal and the usual cooked items.
If you want a clean , central b&b with attentive hosts this is the place to stay. I will certainly be back.

This is friendly, family run hotel it is close to the Town Centre and opposite to the sea.
We were warmly greeted upon arrival and immediately felt as if we were in a Covid safe environment, the excellent breakfast was brought to our room with homemade breads and freshly made orange juice. The room was well designed with some very nice touches eg: big soft towels excellent bedding.

Parking is a nightmare in Llandudno however we were given a permit which was truly valuable after a little patience we were able to park right outside.

If you are looking for a smart, comfortable clean, non-corporate style family run business look no further five stars*****

**Don't believe some of the odd comments people make .....check out my profile I know one or two things about catering establishments**

Thank you Sarah and Sanjay , we hope to see you again take care.

Best bit: Central, Clean, stylish, helpful, comfortable.
Worst bit: Leaving.

No Parking at hotel and a parking space on the road is like very rare! as other hotel owners "save" places for their guests! Main problem was that the washing facilities in the room are in my opinion not fit for human use! bathroom in room 1 was woeful, shower had no pressure and sink was so small it was pointless! we couldn't have a wash for the 3 days we stayed. I really don't know how a "hotel" in this day and age can get away with such poor poor bathroom standards! It's such a shame as other things in the hotel were ok and the hosts were great .I didn't want to make a scene at the hotel but I emailed the owner when I got home but as he didn't reply or apologise I decided to review on here! I am not of a vindictive or nasty nature, I just have certain standards in life and expect to be able to shower when I stay in a hotel, after all it is what is included in the price!!! Also paid extra for a sea view but both rooms we paid for the views of the sea was very poor as lots of trees masking the view.

We booked via Booking.com who had omitted a digit from out phone number, so we hadn't received any texts re codes etc but Julia was on hand when we arrived. Hotel is lovely, clean, retains some beautiful original features, bedrooms were bright and so pleasant, and yes the sea view was obscured by trees...not that this mattered, hardly the hotel's fault!! Julia advised us on local restaurants, particularly the Copper Mill (fabulous!) and also arranged for a free parking permit, so we have no complaints , apart from a very minor gripe that there was nowhere to hang towels in the ensuite shower room. As we stayed only for a couple of nights I wouldn't consider this a big issue. Thanks to all the pleasant and helpful staff we met, breakfast was buffet style and any requests were met with instant responses. Would definitely go back - it was fully booked for the beginning of October, so would imagine this would continue into 2023. Hope so, Good luck Julia

We arrived after travelling from Manchester on a Friday night and Paul made check in so easy for us, nothing was too much trouble and he even carried our cases up to our room which was so kind.

We can’t praise Julia and Paul enough, they are such wonderful hosts and Bay Court is a beautiful place. It is well maintained and decorated to a very high standard throughout. Everything is modern and clean with a homely feel. Located in a fantastic position at the seafront, the pier, shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance and the views from the hotel are stunning. The room was light, clean and spacious and the bathroom was beautiful, with both a bath and a shower.

Breakfast, which was included in the price, was very good and there was a big selection, both hot and cold options, as well as fresh coffee, tea and juices.

We’d definitely stay again and are already planning our return here. Thank you so much again, we had a fantastic time!

Both Paul and Julia were fantastic, really friendly and welcoming, Paul was amazing the entire weekend didn’t need to ask for anything he had it all covered, the room was spotless and decorated beautifully, had a good nights sleep the room was a perfect temperature, we travelled from Stoke and were really late due to traffic and they waited for us to arrive so we had a nice welcome, the breakfast was tasty plenty of choice Paul was on hand if we needed anything. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice get away in Llandudno. Thank you Nick & Rhian x x
