Stayed for 1 night to visit the Xmas market which was very good. Over priced but enjoyable. Met at the desk by a friendly, professional gentleman. Given the key to room 102. Bay window, first floor. Nice clean room with coffee and tea facilities, hot powerful shower and fluffy white towels. Enjoyed a drink in the reasonably priced bar with 80's music gently playing in the background. I overheard the girl, behind the bar, say it was her playlist. Brilliant choice of music. Brought back such good memories. Breakfast - full Welsh fry up with toast in a basket - delicious. Cooked beautifully. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you for a lovely, enjoyable one night stay.

Stayed here last night with my husband and really can’t fault the hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful, the room was spotless a d we enjoyed drinks at the bar. The breakfast this morning was also fantastic. We will definitely return and would recommend to others.

We have just returned home from a 2 night stay at the Post House What a lovely time we've had. Adam was very professional and friendly when we checked in. Very nice of you to carry our bags to our room . All of the staff are so nice. The lady( I think she is called Renata . Apologies if not right) who looked after us when we had a meal in the restaurant last night was so pleasant and worked so hard as do all of the staff Breakfast was very nice and extremely well organised. Our room was spotless. We were on the 2nd floor. Loved the quirkiness of the sloped ceiling. The bathroom was spotless and big. This hotel is in a fabulous location for shops/bars/restaurants. An excellent stay and would recommend. We will be returning

I am not going to lie, after a very bad experience at a certain hotel on the front last year I am very wary of booking anything other than the Premier Inn while in Llandudno. My son and I were on our own for a one night stay as he was competing in a swimming gala. We stayed in room 206, family room on the top floor. It was clean, both the room and ensuite were very big. We had a bath with a shower attachment and I didn't see the walk in shower at first so was pleasantly surprised. It was powerful and hot. (no shelf inside - shelf outside). Towels were fluffy and clean, plenty of them, toiletries and lots of tea/coffee etc and choc cookies, nice touch wine glasses provided. The beds were extremely comfortable and was pleased to be able to watch youtube etc on the tv. it was also nice that you could open the windows part-way. Something that you cannot do in a lot of hotels. We didn't use the restaurant or bar, due to the fact it was quite busy and as it was just us two my son wanted to spend time in the room. Shame we couldn't have tried the breakfast but we had to be at the pool before it started being served, however the staff kindly offered to leave us cereal in the morning. Free wifi always a bonus and the staff were friendly and informative. Just a few little points - the decor was a little scruffy in places and the furniture quite old. One bedside light didn't work and I couldnt get the light on the bathroom mirror to work, also couldn't get the radiators on - that didn't really bother us I was just trying to dry my son's swim jammers. Slight noise from outside but was to be expected as it was a saturday night - but again little things like that don't bother us and it died down anyway. The room was very quirky being the top of the hotel with it's sloping ceilings so I think it adds character. slight squeaky floorboard but again nothing major. There was a picture of a hairdryer on the drawer so not sure if one was meant to be in there or not. All in all a comfortable night's stay and we would definitely return.…

Friendly, welcoming and efficient staff, nice clean room, good shower, comfy bed, great breakfast, good WiFi, Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if/when we're back in Llandudno Easy street parking close by. 10 mins walk from Penderyn distillery!🙂

We stayed a couple of night at this hotel: Customer service: Excellent We were met at the front desk by a member of staff that was very welcoming, positive and attentive (we always rate the places where we visit via the first impression, and this was excellent) Customer service during the visit was consistent with all the staff- Excellent. We stayed overnight while attending a performance of Welsh National Opera and booked the Post House based on its many positive reviews. We had a lovely stay in a large, quiet and very comfortable and well appointed room. The homely touches were really appreciated. The location near the Pier is excellent. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly and welcoming, in complete contrast to our experiences during our stay at a well known national chain in London a few days later! The Welsh breakfast is excellent; cooked to order and with good quality produce. The Post House offers outstanding value for money and we highly recommend it. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Firstly, I would like to thank staff members; Terry, George, and Olivia for making our stay so personal and warm. I have chronic eczema and the staff went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location, price, and atmosphere are perfect, and the breakfast is quite simply the best I have had in a hotel in the UK, the Full Welsh breakfast is not to be missed. Amazing fresh and local produce. We would very much like to come back, and we will recommend to friends. Thanks to all the staff who worked so hard to make our stay so perfect.

This is a good location to access the attractions in Llandudno with most things within easy walking distance. The interior has been sympathetically updated and in character with the building. We enjoyed two nights of undisturbed sleep. The room was well stocked during our stay and the breakfasts were excellent, certainly a highlight of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful too. The bar was handy for nightcaps on both nights, fortunately the weather was good enough to tempt guests to use the outside seating for afternoon drinks too. I think this place represents excellent value for money and we would not hesitate to book again in the future.
