Honestly, the entire staff was more than friendly, they treated you like family. They cooked a full English breakfast for you each morning (vegetarian option available) and made you feel like home. I liked the personal touch about it, especially when you're in a foreign country. It's modest and I am sure some people have higher standards than I do,...

The hotel is centrally placed for ease of access to the town centre. The hotel could do with a major refurbishment of rooms and en-suite facilities. We were reminded on arrival that this was a family run hotel. How right they were. Normally family run hotels or B&B's are better run than the corporate hotels and certainly have a friendlier atmosphere. This family run hotel is a home away from home. All staff were very friendly, the breakfast was lush, with all manner of food on the menu, table service too. I could not fault the cleanliness of the room, I stayed for six days and it was spotless on my afternoon return, they even folded the toilet roll!!! The TV...
