Steve was a very good host and the room was very comfortable. The inclusion of a tassimo coffee machine with Colombian coffee pods was most welcome, as was the multiple television channels available. The free car parking was also welcome

I stayed one night at Cranmore House while on a business trip, and will certainly book again. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. The owner Steve, who is a trained chef, was very welcoming & helpful, and obviously wants his guests to feel at home. Hoping to use the pool next time.

First impression was how dirty the carpets were, not from just the two beautiful cats they have, but the carpets have not seen a hoover for a long time, including our room. My companion complained that the pillow was smelling of sweat. I always take my own pilllow so that was not a...

Having been in the hospitality industry for over 48 years i know its important to respond to this review but I urge potential guests to read previous acknowledgements of the hard work that goes into running a small bed and breakfast. I think they speak for themselves. I m sorry this guest did not enjoy her stay .We have cats,...

Steve was very welcoming, and it was a pleasure meeting him for what I hope to be the first of many times. The room was very pleasant and spacious, with lots of attention to detail, and all those small touches that set it apart from most. The soaps, the coffee, and even the preserves at breakfast are all of a...
