Beautiful room overlooking the sea with a telescope, positioned to see far and wide, in the window. Comfortable bed, room and fair coffee/tea facilities given current covid. Only thing that let's it down a tad is the unwelcoming greeting from the reception staff that were on duty the day we checked in. Other than that well worth a stay!
This 4* hotel makes for a good break. A very unimposing facade and slightly faded lobby belied the friendly service that followed. It’s worth paying the extra for a room with a Harbour view as the hotel is well situated. The staff have good Covid protocols in place and restaurant service is good. Routine room service Is currently suspended although you can have this done with negotiation at the front desk. One galling point.....having to pay £10 a day for parking. I think this is mean spirited when you have already paid a fair whack for the room as a single traveller. Probably wouldn’t stay there again, but worth trying once.
Stunning view but didn't get to see it until the morning . Checkin wasn't until 4pm had we of known that at time of booking we most likely would have gone elsewhere as we had to meet friends for 4pm so by the time we got back to hotel room it was dark. Room Was average nothing special. Breakfast was lovely waiter could have been somewhat happier. For a 4pm checkin and a 10.00am checkout the room was far to highly priced. Don't think I would pay to go back.
Had a wonderful 3 day break Staff were fabulous, the food excellent, gorgeous room with view, Felt very safe in these difficult times, we will definitely return, Thank you all at Harbour Heights Hotel.
A really nice stay and only the one way system and the need to wear masks reminded us of the covid. Friendly helpful staff and a nice comfortable room. We particularly enjoyed the in house Chinese restaurant. Very reasonably priced and free parking if you book direct.
