Stayed here with my partner on a Thursday evening as it was my Christmas Do. Called hotel to book a room and was quoted £89 for a standard double room. Which i thought was expensive, so had a quick look at booking.com and found the same room for £62. Upon arriving at the hotel (6:00pm) we were told the hotel...

We stayed here for one night in August. We booked last minute over a bank holiday weekend. We got a relatively good price and this was one of few hotels left (I assume all the better ones were fully booked) Our room was fairly run down (in particular the bathroom). We had lunch in the restaurant which was overpriced and...

We attended a family celebration lunch in "The Point Restaurant" I feel that they have left off a word in the restaurant name at the start - What's!! The service was poor, it was very slow the waiter didn't know the menu and told us one of the starters was hot when it was actually a cold dish, the tables...

We had a 3 night stay which included bed and breakfast but an offer included one evening meal. The breakfast was buffet which covered pretty much everything you could want. The evening meal was also really good. Some people commented on the fact the menu was limited but quite honestly some places have far too many things to choose from....

We went to Sandbanks for my daughter's third birthday. For this special occasion we stayed in Haven Hotel. It was a great choice. The price included breakfast and access to swimming pool and sauna. The staff was welcoming especially a lady in the reception named Gulsah who was very friendly, always smiling and professional. She arranged a small cake with...

Took early slot for lunch so not busy. Service awful we had to serve ourselves with water. There appeared to be a lack of training. Food not hot although some plates were warm partially. Sent one meal back as cold in the middle. Heated up and brought back. Dessert, Menues were brought over in three trips for 5 people not...

We drove about a hour and a quarter from Portsmouth to the sand banks in Poole. A long way for lunch but well worth it, parked in front of an open fire the wine flowing food on plates just great . We are going back again next week to stay overnight.

We booked well in advance for the weekend and though we took a budget room I thought as it was a 4 star hotel we would be made to feel welcome. The location of the hotel is great and we were looking forward to the fine dining restaurant and the spa. Unfortunately on check in we were told that there...

Stayed in room 107 . Absolutely awful!!!! Worse than a travel lodge room. I tried to book a Seaview room but I could only have one if I stayed for two nights, but that was not an option for us. Didn't sleep at all, loud air conditioning units outside, no secondary glazing. Window view is a wall. Very hot room...

The Haven Hotel is a luxurious four-star spa hideaway. Perched at the tip of the exclusive Sandbanks peninsula in Poole and surrounded by sea and sand. With direct access to seven miles of beaches and just a couple of steps away from Purbeck over the Shell Bay chain ferry. It’s your gateway to South Coast adventure. Featuring elegant and spaciously designed bedrooms with modern creature comforts. Many of which offer ocean view balconies, so that you can embrace the sea air in your pyjamas. We believe that these naturally beautiful surroundings deserve food that’s a little special. La Roche at the Haven Hotel offers an ambient place to dine. Highly acclaimed by locals and recognised for first-class service and exceptional quality with two prestigious AA-Rosettes. Maintained by the talent and skill of Head Chef Jason Hornbuckle. When the Sandbanks sun shines, our terrace is an enviable spot for alfresco dining. You can literally hear the waves crashing as you recline with a glass of wine. Relaxation is often thought of as a luxury; at the Haven Spa we think it’s a necessity. Haven Spa is a sanctuary to unwind your mind and come to your senses. Stroll from the indoor hydrotherapy pools to the chic outdoor heated pool, complete with sea view Jacuzzi and sun lounger area.
