Dear mellencamp63, Thank you for your review. Both positive and negative comments are always welcome for us to improve the guest experience. I'm sorry about the bed, we are currently reviewing our mattress stock and replacing as necessary. On a side note, more pillows and extension leads, to accompany the two power sockets in the room, are available from reception....

Ended up here as they are happy to take pets (£5 each per night) and we were allowed both dogs in our 1 room. It's a motel type set up so your room opens to the outdoors and it's good for dogs. It's very tired (so will you be) and the walls are paper thin. Breakfast is mediocre so don't...

Dear LittleMissSix, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Whilst I do admit that we do have guests coming back throughout the night, especially on a Saturday, we employ security staff to ensure there is little disruption to other guests. This was a very rare incident which unfortunately did lead to the persons responsible being removed from the...

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very basic but clean. I recommend this place to those with a limited budget. Great location, nice dining facilities. Definitely good value if you want to curb expenses. Considering the proximity to a main road it was remarkably quiet there. No frills, good for students etc.

This is a budget hotel and is exactly as would be expected. The room is perfectly adequate for its purpose. Breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want 5 star go elsewhere, if you want B & B come here. We would definitely use again

as my partner is away on duty a lot we stay in these hotels often, having stayed here numerous amounts of times I have noticed that the bathroom isn't at all hygienic. Taking a shower I looked at the walls, all of the grout was covered in body fat! (tip - use tile cleaner ) it's not hard to get...

Dear holly11918, Thank you for leaving us a review. Your comments are greatly appreciated and have been acted on accordingly. There should have been additional pillows available in the wardrobe for your use. If this was not the case, I do apologise. Unfortunately, for our guest's security, the bedroom keys are cut to match the internal lock and only one...

Stayed here on saturday 30th April 16 with a few friends and was pleasantly surprised after reading all the bad reviews. Yes its on an industrial estate but the main thing was it was clean and the rooms had everything that youd expect for £25 a night. The staff were realy helpful and pleasant and even rang taxis for us...

Staff are friendly... However the "hotel" is terrible, it's more like an 80's American Motel, idillically located on an industrial estate, next to a building site. Beautiful views of the car park, and surrounding factories. Need an early morning wake up call? No need to bother the staff, the heavy goods vehicles will do that for you around 0630. There's...

This is a cheap clean hotel. It is not plush nor luxurious. It is clean and has Wi-Fi. The food is fine too. Not luxury but good vim. Ideal.business stopover for someone with lots of paperwork to complete. Few distractions. Close to the A1 tucked away in an industrial estate.

Drably located on a Wakefield industrial estate, this Campanile has only its low price going for it. The glass panel in our room door was cracked and the mattress was perhaps the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep on. The walls of the rooms are thin, so unless you enjoy the sounds of stag and hen night aftermaths,...
