A well run establishment with helpful staff. Good location. Hotel does need some small decoration in certain areas but overall it was a good stop over. Beds a little uncomfortable (matresses thin) and tv signal intermittent. Otherwise no complaints.

The hotel is beautiful, there are having a refurb when I stayed which I was told about. The room itself was beautiful I had a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and always available. The only negative thing that I have to say is that there were cobwebs on the wall and dust in places. But that didn't upset my stay, I would 100% stay again.

Pleasant room with a large double bed. Very friendly staff. Only a few minor niggles - toilet seat broken and the shower went hot and cold during the shower. Although they were unable to provide breakfast or dinner (due to lack of chef) they provided facilities in which to eat i.e. dining room and I was allowed to eat in my room.

Positives: was close to my family. Had just been painted. (That week, could smell the gloss) Negatives: bed was hard, not sure if sheets were clean. No breakfast available, Cafe close walk but cash only (didn’t have cash). Would stay as a last resort but premier inn close by is the same price and better

stayed at the Wakefiled Limes Hotel a few weeks ago. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. If you are looking for a good nights sleep do not stay here. Our window did not shut so heard road noise all night. No one on hand to take care of the problem. Again do not stay here !!

Second visit. Lovely staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. A very warm welcome and made to feel like you are part of a great environment . Parking is free which is a bonus and the rooms are perfect size. I will always use this hotel if I’m in the Wakefield area .

Basic stop over room only facility, disappointed to find it could not serve Breakfast. The address says HOTEL, but really only a sleep only place. It severed the purpose, basic, and we had to clean the toilet before use. Rate as 1 star .

The room was spacious, the bed were two singles together - I requested a super king size bed , but got that instead. It did not bother me as much as the fact that I felt the margins of the mattress. Bathroom small , just a single shower. Room was clean , hotel placed in a quiet spot. I did not like it that there was no breakfast in the morning and no staff to ask questions, was no instructions at what time it is served. I waited and checked from 08:00 am to 10:20 am until we left, but could not have any breakfast. I regret spending 120pounds for that.

The stay was good. Staff pleasant and accommodating Stayed in the main building. Not able to comment on food as ate out. Both for evening meal n breakfast. Only down fall was no fan in room. Weather hot not able to have window open due to motorway noise. It was value for money, clean and pleasant. Nothing too much trouble from the staff. Would stay there again. Thank you 😊

Clean basic room. All we wanted was a bed for the night and it delivered. No food offering but cheap bar. Plenty of tea coffee. Only one thing had no hairdryer in room8 good job the other room had one. Georgia was extremely helpful with check in.
