Ross and Becca came to my rescue one a late Sunday night. Open fire, amazing surrounding, relaxing environment. The room was incredible. Both accommodating and flexible to meet needs. Slightly out of the village for me, with no car and needing to get to work but amazing for people who have the time to take in the surrounds. Cannot thank...

A huge thank you to Ross & Becca for a lovely weekend at Catwell House. The welcome was just as warm as your lovely home. It was lovely sharing tea in your sitting room, and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was superb, freshly prepared and top quality. Your recommendation of local restaurants proved excellent. This was a truly lovely...

My husband I stayed here for one night and we both said it was an excellent choice. We were made to feel welcome, the bedroom comfortable. The extra large bed was great and I slept very well, which is always a good thing. The breakfast that was cooked by the chef was super. Would highly recommend this as a charming...

We returned to Catwell House after having last stayed there in 2012. We were made to feel instantly welcome, especially when Rebecca brought us a pot of tea to our room after a rather long, frustrating car journey. All in all we found it a most comfortable and extremely pleasant experience. Our four poster bed was the most comfortable bed...

Spent two nights at Catwell House, what a wonderful find, we felt really welcome as soon as we walked through the door, nothing was too much trouble. Our room had a four poster bed, which was very comfortable, the en suite had both shower and bath and was very spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely, all freshly cooked and served...

We stayed at Catwell House for two nights while in town for a friends wedding. With so much choice locally it is hard to choose but we picked a great one! From it's gorgeous exterior to it's original internal features the house is truly wonderful in a great location. Our room, Glebe, was huge . All the facilities you would...

It cannot be stressed by how far a margin Catwell House raises the bar. Unlike most visitors to the area I was travelling on business, so set expectations at the usual level of frigid indifference common to UK establishments. Catwell House is in a different league. The location is both remotely wild and rural, but easy to reach and not...

We arrived after a five and a half hour journey that usually would only take three hours tops. (Piggin M5) It was pouring down too. Not a great start you would think? We had our dog with us so after my partner had checked we were at the correct address me made a dash for the entrance. We were greeted...
